Nalley Honda

Last year, I was in the market for a new car. I found a 2013 Honda Accord on Nalley's website with a huge discount. When I went to the dealership, they honored the online price plus they gave me money for my trade-in. My sales person, Thomas W., made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. I had a question about the tag fees since GA was going to a new system. The manager, Leroy S., took time out of his schedule to call me personally and explain the difference between the old system and new one. When I told the guys how much my 5 year old son loved cars, Mr. S. gave me a bunch of Honda pamphlets and brochures for him. He loved them so much they would sleep with them. Now I understand why people would brag about the Nalley experience and what the commercials were talking about. It is a world-class facility with world-class customer service. Other businesses could take lessons from them.
