False Advertising

I have been trying for months to get a title to a paid off car, and the whole staff keeps telling me that the woman in charge of giving it to me is out and to keep calling back! Where is she, and can't anyone else get me a piece of paper!?

Just moved in the area, i searched for a used minivan for 2 weeks, visited about 5 dealers in the metro atlanta area, found a Dodge G Caravan up for sale from Best Auto, these guys are the nicest and most honest used car dealer i have been to, they let me take the minivan pretty much for the whole day test drive, not only it drove great, it was the cheapest in the market!! i did not think it twice! paid cash on the spot, process was fast and easy!

Dishonest and Untrustworthy

These guys sold me an 08 Nissan Xterra they represented as in excellent condition. Fabian told me he personally drove it twice and said it was in excellent mechanical condition. It was shipped to me and when it came off the truck, the traction control light was lit on the dash panel. Upon the first drive, there was a terrible shudder and vibration when the automatic transmission shifted out of overdrive and down into the lower gear. The service center said the transmission was full of metal shavings and must be replaced. A used transmission is $2,000 and a factory refurb is $5,000. They knew this problem was there when they took my out of state wire transfer and shipped it to me. I emailed them about my initial concerns and have never heard a word back. Totally dishonest and not to be trusted.
