So often in this world, we hear more about what we have done wrong rather than what we've done right. I can't say enough good things about the outstanding customer service experience that I received from Christine @ Mercedes. She went above and beyond her responsibility representing Critz Auto Group - taking the time to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and seemed truly interested in my budget. She provided all of the information so that I could make an informed decision(which is rare in this industry). Thank you Christine!

Buick Enclave purchace

My wife and I purchased an Enclave recently. The knowledgeable sales staff led by Ed Fingos and assisted by Victoria answered all questions and supported our direction with little pressure to buy. Their sales manager gave us a fair trade-in value, and finance manager rounded out a pleasurable experience. I would recommend anyone to start their car purchace at Critz.

We are very, very pleased with the vehicle we purchased and the salesman that helped us make the decision to purchased. He was most accommodating in everything we asked and discussed regarding the vehicle. He was most pleasant to deal with. We will probably go back to him at Critz if and when we ever purchase another vehicle. We love our new Buick!

I am so excited about my new truck! The Critz employees are kind, courteous and patient! Believe me they probably hid behind their desk when they saw me pull up. That is what my favorite hunter and husband would say. I have made new friends at Critz GMC. They are the best! They also wee able to get my first personal tag for my Demali 1500 Sierra Truck!

Purchase of New GLC300

Critz Purchasing my new Mercedes Benz GLC300 was the easiest experience I have had out of the last four MB my family has purchased. Other dealers I have contacted do not care that is why I will travel from Atlanta Area to Savannah for my car purchases in the future. The Atlanta dealers are arrogant and no customer service. It is like they are doing you a favor to sell a car. Critz is not that way Sean my salesman followed through on all his commitments

My experience at Critz on Nov. 28, 2015 was very satisfying. As soon as I asked to speak with my salesperson he came right of his office, shook my hand and walked me through the whole buying process. I did not feel pressured to purchase any extra offerings other than the ones I wanted. The whole process took less than 2 hours & I was driving off the lot with my new Mercedes. Thanks Critz for everything.

Salesperson worked relentlessly to get us what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. When all possibilities were exhausted, she found us an alternative. The price, of course was higher but, we were still offered some discounts. The people we spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. No high pressure selling. All in all a nice experience.

Great experience with Critz BMW. Went to look at a used x3 and brought a new 2016 x5. Mark Arnold did a great job handling the transaction from the trade-in to signing the final documents. Very pleased with Critz again.
