Mazda of Roswell

I have only used this dealership for service, bought my Mazda6 elsewhere. Not particularly great. They are slow and very expensive. Don't respond well to online requests for service apointments. Also, my impression has consistently been that this is one of those dealerships that tries hard max out how much work they can do on the car each time you bring it in. The countr staff can be hit-or-miss. I have found them to be misleading at times and there is one guy who openly mocked the quality of work that was being done by them - I was flabbergasted. But I guess that says it all. I needed new tires and they couldn't even come close to matching on price for the tires I wanted. Last tiem I was in they said my brakes had "at least 15,000 miles left on them" but when I went in 2,000 miles later they said they were shot. Hmm. I'd say try somewhere else if you have the option.
