Terrible! Not so much with the dealer, but the Ram brand in general! The vehicles and parts provided by Ram are inferior! I have owned all brands and by far Ram has been the worst experiece of all of them!

Quickly identified source of vibration and replaced the defective tire. Then went on to effect the necessary fixes to recalls that I was not even aware existed. Excellent! When I picked up the truck, she was totally vacuumed and washed. Thank you.

Good but didn’t like how I was told I needed new wipers and an incabin airfilter on a 8 month old vehicle. Both of them have plenty of life left. Also the owners manual says change oil at 7500 miles but the dealer put 5k miles on the oil reminder sticker.

My Chrysler had a recall issued and I called a local dealership who said it’d be 50 days before he could repair it due to ordering a part. I called Cass Burch Quitman and Bill got me in the next day with the part in stock! I dropped my car off that morning and it was ready before 3 pm. He even went ahead and fixed another recall I didn’t even know about. Bill was very nice and service was speedy (they were short staff that day but you would never know).
