Talk about a dealer with a big ego! Hands down, the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER trying to buy a vehicle. They pin you in a little office for 4-5 hours, claim to lose your keys to keep you there, pressure you to do things their way and when you don't they tell you, "you're not the kind of customer we want to do business with." Well guess what? These people ARE NOT the kind of dealer you want to do business with. I was a CASH buyer and I bought down the street! These folks pride themselves on their awards and want you to help them win the next one. Wait a minute, who's trying to help who? I was the customer and I wanted to be helped buy a vehicle. I don't care about their stupid award and neither should you! If you have hours to waste, go see them! If your time means something to you, steer clear.
