Don't waste your time with this dealership.

I reached out to this dealership to get more information and a competitive price on a vehicle they had listed on their website and through various third party services. I received a can response from a sales rep named "Elias" that immediately ignored my message. I replied again, asking that the rep give me a competitive offer, indicating I was looking for a no-haggle, pleasant and stress free car buying experience. They took thirty six hours to respond, sent me a quote with absolutely no message or additional information and the quote was $300 higher than the price listed on their website. I asked if this was their best and final answer and received a one word reply - "Yes." Well, that's one less customer you'll have and I'll never recommend anyone visit this dealership if this is the way they do business. I recommend you avoid it as well.

I came to this dealership looking for my first car. I saw the car I wanted and Thanks to my salesmen Gerald Randle and Robert Anderson I drove off the lot in my dream car. Those two helped me get a great deal on the car. At this dealership you will feel like a V.I.P. (With these two at least). Horrible Customer Service

the customer service and response to customers needing help/service is non existent, unless you are spending big money. I once took my car to them for my regular service needs, but after my experience withToyota, I Have been taking my car elsewhere. Another dealer looked at my problem (not Toyota) and told me to take it back to Toyota. I did and here we go again, being consistently ignored!!! So sad, and pitiful... I would not recommend this dealer for anything.

colision repair is garbage

I purchased a used car that has been in an accident and for three weeks have been back and forth to the shop because; the first time the paint color used did not match and the bumper was not repaired correctly. the second trip the car was painted the wrong color again accept this time the genus doing the repairs painted the whole passenger side of the car stopping just before the front of the drivers door, i mean it is an obvious color difference and the light is yet to be fixed. these morons even buffed the car as if that would change the color. now they want me to bring the car back so they can fail at matching the color again i mean if you cant match the color let someone else do the painting but no they keep giving the car to the same person. the man can paint a little but he dose not know how to paint with flakes witch is a different ball game. I am at my wits here and will be making a serious complaint about the lack of service out of this shop and i will not quit until this has been fixed properly.

I went to Toyota south in morrow to have my Toyota Corolla 2012 serviced instead I end up leaving with a brand new 2016 Corolla thanks to G Carson who spoke with me and advised on the information I need and also give me the best Tisa who led me also to leaving with 2016 Corolla brand new and excited didn't stop until I got the right car and great payment .

Bait and switch

Advertised a 2013 Camry. Sent me a quote for the car that was very attractive. Called to confirm the car was available and headed over. When I arrived they stated they had lost the key. Went to look at the car anyway and discovered it had hail damage on the hood, trunk and roof. Salesman said he would sell me a new car for the cost of this one or he would fix the hail damage. "Manager" said he could sell us a new car it was thousands more than what the salesman said and he didn't want to fix the hail damaged car because the paint probably wouldn't match.

From the first time we were there to look until the third time the deal was settled, Chamas was the consummate sales person. He gave us space when we asked and was very professional but also personable. He was patient with all of our questions and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He seemed just as excited as we were about our new Highlander!

I bought my 2013 Camry from Tisa this week. My experience was excellent. Tisa informed me of the safety ratings. She explained the 6 speed Transmission with Paddle Shifters. When visiting Toyota south I worked with a guy named Chamas, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and he really conveyed that he had my best interest at heart. . You don't find many salesman like that

I just had read the review before me and I have to completely disagree. I bought my 2013 Corolla S in April this year. My experience was wonderful. I was shown everything about each car I was looking at. He was super friendly to me and comforting. I was able to get the absolute best deal. His father and the rest of the managers were polite and helpful. I know I will buy every car from Joey at Toyota South for here on out.

I purchased a 2013 corolla Jan 2013 and the sales person was unprofessional/don't care attitude, I never heard from him after I purchased the vehicle, I found out when I called one day to ask him a question and was told he was off but I could speak with his father ], so now I know why he don't care about customers its because his whole family work at the dealership and the managers are rude and unprofessional its ok for family to run a business but don't treat customers rude. I have wrote and called dealership several times and left messages for Owner/GM, Sales Manager and other mangers and as of yet not a return call to hear my concerns.That tell me that the dealership don't care about the customers, I will inform my family, friends and C oworkers not to purchase a vehicle from tTOYOTA SOUTH. salesperson was Joey

I wanted to trade in my Toyota Corolla 2011 I had purchased from here two years ago, with a different model. I was lucky to get in touch with Gerald R. again, he had helped me purchase my Corolla last time too. This time also, he guided me throughout the entire process and I got a car of my choice, a Camry 2012. Thank you very much Gerald for all your help and for making this such a great experience for me. I have been in the market for a new car and I stopped by Toyota South to have a look at the different cars they had on their lot. I hadn't made up my mind as to what I wanted for the new car, yet, until I met Chamas. He took his time and showed me quite a few different models and his knowledge of the different cars was very impressive. Sadly the 4Runner I fell in love with is just a tad bit out of my price range, but I do have a few new ideas to sit down and chew over. If you need help, Chamas is the man to see. He was very patient with me, talked to me with respect and was able to answer just about all my questions, the ones he didnt have an answer to, he pulled his personal phone out and looked it up for me right there on the spot. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and walked away full of knowledge and did not feel like I got the run around like you might at other places. I didn't buy a car last weekend, but when I make up my mind as to what I want (and can afford), I am going to make the trip back to Toyota South to see Chamas.

Chamas of Toyota South worked with me the way I always wanted to be treated when buying a car. He emailed me what I asked for, text me when I had additional questions, and took photos of the truck with his phone for me while I was at work. Sadly.... the red used tacoma I wanted was sold before I could make it down but I will continue to work with Chamas just because of how he talked to me and treated me even after he knew the truck was gone!! They have a future customer for sure!!! Mike P
