CROOKED DEALERSHIP

by Devonere on 01/17/2018

My FRIEND brought a car from this Dealership Named Trust Capital Automotive Group, LLC. The Owner Tawanda Harris-Lane knew about the transmission for the 13' Ford Fiesta along with her a husband/Legal Representive. She said she was going to get the car fixed but never did. She lied and said she Drive the car to the shop from the warehouse. She falsifying documentation.

DANGER BEWARE

by ViBarner on 10/16/2017

I wanted to start supporting businesses in the neighborhood but this experience has helped me regret my decision of encouraging my daughter to support businesses in the neighborhood. In my opinion, go as far north of Atlanta as possible, you want regret it. My daughter purchased a car here April 2017. Within 3 months the car wouldn't start nor did the warranty cover the part that needed to be replaced. October 2017, the transmission has gone bad and no the warranty does not cover this either. The owner promised to replace a headlight but never did. He dodged my daughter once he gave paperwork to his wife in the next office over to be completed. In my opinion, this company is not a good company to do business. All they are doing is taking money from people who can not go to a reputable car lot like Honda, Nissan, or Cheverlot. Also, beware that the receipt you sign for your down payment will say that your money is non refundable but at a reputable car lot this is not the case. Never, never sign a receipt that says you can't get your money back (lesson learned for my daughter). Enter at your own risk but I will not purchase a car from this company.

hey handshake means nothing to them

by mattkey81 on 01/06/2016

We agreed on a price in the parking lot, he shook my hand and said cars yours. Then proceeded to tell me that I lied to him and that the price has gone up. 5000 was a fair price and he tried to bump it up To 6500.When I tried to walk out of the establishment he wanted to argue with me about 1 the price was that high,
