Worst Car Shopping Experience Ever!

***Dishonest*** I would give this dealership a zero star rating! I was offered a deal in writing from this dealership. I told the salesman (Rodney) I would go down the road to eat (as I had a 2 year old that was hungry) and me and my parents would discuss the deal over lunch. After our meal, we returned to the dealership to be greeted by a different salesman (Spencer) who proceeds to tell us that they will not go through with the previous written offer we were given. We couldn't understand why the deal we were promised was now being retracted. Their reasoning was the sunroof (that they agreed to fix in the original written offer) was going to cost more than they had originally planned. I then asked them (as this was a certified pre-owned vehicle), “why wouldn't the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty cover it (because I was previously told by the original salesman this was a bumper-to- bumper warranty)?” This salesman (Spencer) tells me the sunroof would not be covered under that warranty. I said, “Rodney (the original salesman) told me the certified warranty (3 month/ 3,000 mile), was bumper-to-bumper coverage.” Spencer then told me that it would not cover any thing that was wear-and-tear (not exactly sure what this means, if that was the case most likely nothing would be covered under this so-called "certified" warranty). As you could imagine, we were not happy after spending practically all day there with a 2 year old. The Manager of the Pre-owned Auto Division, David (along with Spencer), entered the office where we were. A few minutes went by with discussion of us trying to understand their reasoning for wanting to back out of the deal. Soon after the manager, David, announced extremely loudly and with a defensive tone, that he was going to “exercise his rights, and back out of the deal.” In which case, we left immediately. I have never met so many dishonest people all in one day. This was an extremely miserable and disappointing experience to say the least!!!!
