I went into the dealership to look at a used vehicle that I had seen online. My initial trip was a bit frustrating. I was there for almost 2.5 hours while the sales team tried to get the deal into my budget. It was a long afternoon and I left tired and frustrated. A day or so later, I received a text message from Derik at the dealership. He was checking in with other vehicle options to see if he could find what I was looking for at the price point I needed to be. Derik worked hard to get my business. Working through all the back-and-forth via text was great as I didn't have to go and sit at the dealership and I could just ignore a text that didn't meet my criterion.... or I could just text back, "Nope". In the end, Derik found me a brand new vehicle that checked all my boxes. I love my new Rogue! On a side note...... Due to all the reviews I read online that said that a Rogue has lackluster/slow pick-up, this vehicle was not even on my radar. But a friend told me I should test drive one. I'm so glad I did! I have a bit of a lead foot so I need a car that moves when I need it to. The Rogue does not disappoint. The car enthusiasts' reviews are wrong. Give this vehicle a try. I LOVE it!

We had the pleasure of meeting FB and Jon as we were at the end of our current lease and needed to trade it in for another vehicle. FB and Jon showed patience as we had lots of questions around the 2024 Rogue compared to the 2023 model. As it turned out the 24’s were not available yet and the 23’s had better promotions on them. Car dealerships can be very annoying and agonizing, however, Autonation pleasantly surprised us especially FB and Jon. They were not pushy, explain everything more than once so you understand, professional, and overall just great guys! We would definitely recommend AutoNation Nissan especially FB and Jon to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Transmission and radiator

I had to get my transmission replaced due to cut failure and the radiator flushed. Everything was great except I had to go back to have radiator fluid added to the radiator and overflow. I worked with Olie who was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good time with Duncan, he was funny, knowledgeable and got me in my first ever brand new vehicle. It might have taken half the night but he stuck it out. He then delivered my vehicle to me the next day, personally. He was very patient, as I'm not very tech savvy. I still am leaving the vehicle but I get all of the support I need and they are so helpful!

My service when Brandon is hands down “the best!” I literally pass 2 other Nissan dealerships just to get my car serviced here. The other times I tried going to other dealerships that were close to where I now live I was extremely disappointed. They have the best staff at Auto Nation Nissan of Marrietta and their customer service just can’t be beat!!!!!!

Once I arrived, Rich Huffman greeted me and was very personable, and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
