Small town atmoshere,....until one gets the high pressure pitch from the "finance" man, who wants you to add a flying pig to your car.

No true in advertising

Don't be fooled by the advertised "internet sales special price". I was looking to purchase a new Kia Forte and found one on their website that I was interested in. I called and spoke with a salesperson and asked "what fees are not included in the advertised price". I was told "Everything except tax, tag, and title. I said ok so there are no other fees like document fees, doc fees, etc and was told once again that everything is included except T,T, and T. I drove an hour to the dealership to purchase the car just to have them explain that there was $691 additional since I was not trading in a vehicle and another $599 doc fees. They kept telling me that they were giving me the advertised price but their total price did not add up. They were trying to sneak in an additional $1290 by trying to talk monthly payments rather than drive out price. When I questioned the numbers that when the manager explained that the doc fees are added to every sale. I explained that I specifically asked the salesperson on the phone and he said " nothing additional". I waisted time and gas to travel to a dealship that would not honor their price. Don't be fooled like me......go to a trustworthy dealership to begin with.

went to see what was offered and eventually bought from them. Great selection of cars and good, well informed salesmen (Dylan Smith) who did not pressure for the sale. i had researched quite a bit so i would be informed on the car and when quizzed, he answered all of our questions fully.

I don't do this ... recommend stuff ... but 4 months of research on replacing our (R.I.P.) Expedition forces this recommendation. It's kinda tough to squeeze the family into the Beetle or the truck. We finally found exactly what we were looking for: CUV; AWD; 3rd row seat; decent power; good options -- the "Made in West Point, GA" 2012 Kia Sorento SX. We searched for a month for a dealer who had exactly what we were looking for without breaking the bank and Hutchinson Kia in Macon, GA had it. After completing most of the paperwork online, we completed the sale on Saturday, spending no more than 15min signing paperwork. No sales pitches, no pressure, no BS, super-friendly staff (highly military friendly too ... big plus in my book). Best new car buying experience I've had in 30yrs. Highly recommend the Kia Sorento if you're in the CUV market and futher highly recommend Hutchinson Kia (see Jimmy) in Macon. "Made in the U.S.A."
