Service at the dealership was outstanding. Well please with my Service Tech, Ronnie Brewer because he always goes beyond his duties to take care of all my trucks. 2017 and the 2002 has over 300,000 miles.

Even though I didn’t buy my Pathfinder from them or the extended warranty they have accepted my vehicle for service without hesitation . I’m might not always agree with their process ( loaner cars) but they have been nothing but professional.

After having my car “repaired” at a Nissan dealership in Kennesaw, Ga, and spending several nights in a motel, I got back on the road. Within 100 miles, my car broke down again. After a failed bandaid fix, I was fortunate to make it to Butler Nissan. It was near close of business, but the service department treated me with respect and kindness. They made a very bad situation bearable and manageable. It was so clean, quiet and efficiently run. The service department manager, Bryan Griggs, did everything possible to help me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I take my car here all the time to get my oil changed. Even though I do not drive a Nissan I take my car here every single time I am due for an oil change or something else is needed for my car. The service advisors have the most kind personalities and they make sure that you are well taken care of as if you were family! 10 out of 10 highly recommend for all your service and new car needs!:)

Service Manager, Ronnie Brewer made sure I was informed on what was going to be done. He came back during the service and recommended a couple of minor repairs along with oil change that was needed. He was not trying to over sale, but provide information for my consideration. Much appreciated. The whole experience at Butler Nissan was pleasant and professional.
