Not a pleasant experience

I have been working with this dealership for over 3 weeks. My job allowed me to have a certificate for $5852 off the MSRP for a local dealership. I also had a certificate that was good for Kia of Lagrange for $4000 off the MSRP. After doing some research I saw that Kia of Lagrange was named #2 in the state so I thought why not go with this dealership. I called the dealership and asked them over 3 weeks ahead of time if I worked with them will they match the certificate I have for the local dealership in Atlanta. I was told yes. The color car I wanted was in another city and was told they can easily go get the car once I come into the dealership. I drove over an hour to this dealership when there was a dealer 20 mins away from my home based off this dealerships word. I get there everyone claims they no nothing of the deal I was made. They stated they dont know why the manager would promise me to match the discounts and that they cant match those discounts. Need I mind you they had the 3 weeks I had been working with them over the phone to advise me of this BEFORE they had me drive over an hour to get them and BEFORE they ran my credit. Also, the manager state they cant even match their OWN discount I had from my job for $4,000 because they had to go get the car which they were aware of 3 weeks and stated it was no problem! The manager stated all he could do was give me $2500 off the car because they have to go get the car. It goes without saying it doesnt take $1500 to go get a car and it also didnt help Kia ALREADY were running a special where you receive $2500 off a new car until 10/31/2016 for ALL customers which I couldve gotten at ANY Kia dealership. I drove over an hour for nothing but lies and deceit just to get me there. I love my car but I hated the process. Nothing absolutely NOTHING they promised me for the car was granted once I drove to the dealership. Honestly, I would never go back to this dealership for another car. I wont even go back to get my car serviced by them. Please do not let the 5 stars fool you as they did me they are just another dealership trying to make as much money as possible at the customers expense. I only wish I had worked with the local dealership here in Atlanta and not traveled over an hour to be deceived. Don't allow them to pull your credit or receive your information without at least getting whatever deal they promised in some type of writing . They get amnesia once you get into the dealership and could careless to honor anything they told you to get you into the dealership!

Cool Cadenza

From the beginning, the salesperson responded to my email and followed up with a phone call. Once we arrived, we were greeted at the door with a smile. He was cordial and professional. The salesperson knew the answers to our questions (product information). Prompt service and everything was explained or demonstrated in detail. The Cadenza Limited SXL (black on black) that we wanted was not available at your dealership, but exactly what we requested was located and delivered within a couple of days. Kia honored the "Tru car" quote. The car was cleaned and the tank was full of gas. We got assistance with setting up our phone and everything we requested on the UVO/Navigation system. Icing on the cake - Breakfast and lunch was available. Cherry on top of the icing - We received a personalized "Thank you" card in the mail (not emailed) from the salesperson. Way to Go Kia!

My husband and I came to Kia of Lagrange after a horrible experience at Kia of Union City, Ga. From the onset, in Lagrange, we were taken care of and our experience was nothing short of WONDERFUL. Colt was our salesman and he was knowledgeable, professional and made us feel like he was really interested in helping us to find the perfect automobile to me the needs of our family. The sales manager, John as well as the business manager, Jonathan were also pleasant to deal with. We were so pleased from start to finish with our experience at Kia of Lagrange. I will definitely plan to do business with them again.

Great Trip

The trip to LaGrange Kia was worth the 40 mile ride. The entire staff and our sales person were honest and thoughtful. The explained all of the different options on the Sorento and the price ranges. They handled the trade-in and financing with the greatest of ease. No Bull or hype. All were professional with no pressure. I will buy from them again and recommend they to family and friends. Score them a 10.

I had an idea of what I wanted before I went into the dealer. I did my homework, looked at the specs and found price quotes from around the area. I did not need any of that. Ben and everyone else at this dealership made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Yes, I was there to buy a car but I did not feel rushed or forced into buying anything. The financial team found a great deal on my car and I walked out with much more than I expected. They kept me within my budget and did not make me feel as low as my credit score. I wanted a Kia because of the warranty but I bought from Kia of Lagrange because I felt comfortable and got a great deal!
