Excellent Dealership Experience

I had gone into the dealership on a whim. My wife and I had been looking into buying a truck for our family and had just not found the right one. My wife recommended we stop in at Liberty Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram because she had found their prices to be the most reasonable around. I was a little leery because the dealership was so close to post and as an active duty servicemember, we are always told to stay away from dealerships close to post. The best thing I ever did was listen to my wife. Curtis M. was our salesperson and he is highly recommended. Curtis worked diligently to get us into a truck at a great price. Most dealerships tout low-stress environment, Curtis created a no-stress environment. Most of the dealership personnel are former servicemembers themselves and were awesome at every juncture. I felt like part of the family the entire time I was there. By far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Liberty Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

I recently purchased a new Jeep from these guys and they were great! I had looked around for a while but could not get the price I wanted. I emailed the dealership and talked to Rob in Internet Sales and gave him a list of the things I wanted in the Jeep. I went in that Saturday for a test drive and loved it! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I feel that I got a great deal and will definitely go to them for my next vehicle.

My wife and I went to the dealership just to look around at vehicles in our price range. I found a white 2012 Dodge Charger RT with black carbon filter stripes on the hood and the wing had black carbon filter covering it. It had a sunroof and 22" DUB rims. I fell in love with it instantly but never thought I would be able to afford it. Rob the internet sales manager came over and started talking to me about the car. He gave me his contact number and I met up with him the next day and took the charger on a test drive. I decided I wanted after that test drive. The quality of the vehicles at the dealership was excellent. Rob and the rest of the staff worked with me to get a $1,000 military discount and they also looked at me 2003 Dodge Durango and gave me $3,500 for the trade in. Rob and his staff made sure I got the Memorial Day discount since that is when the purchase was finalized. With there help I was able to get my dream car at a price I could afford. After the sale Rob and his staff even maintained periodic contact with me to make sure I had no issues with the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. I have been to plenty of dealerships looking at vehicles, but Rob and his staff are the friendliest and honest salesman I have ever meet. At no time did I feel like I was just another customer. They took there time to really talk to my wife and I. They helped us get the best loan and a payment we could afford. To anyone looking for a vehicle stop by this dealership. You won't regret it!
