Rick Hendrick Buick GMC

Saw an ad they had on Carfax. We live 1 1/2 hours away so we called first to make sure the car was available. When we arrived they wanted to collect every bit of information about us short of a pint of blood. After politely explaining that we would only give them that info after determining whether to do business with them they get this bewildered and confused look on their faces as the used car manager yells across the sales floor that the car was not available because it was in "service" to replace the drive shaft. If the car was having that serious of mechanical issues why was it being advertised and why were we told it was available for sale on the phone. They were however eager to show us other cars they had available. Classic "Bait and Switch". With these tactics I would really question the validity of their positive reviews. I went to their website and there is absolutely no way for a consumer to post a review. All of their reviews are self posted.
