Rick Case Mazda... More like Rick Case Awesome Mazda
Written by OhhiimGarrett on 01/01/2016
Well, now that you have chosen to read this wall of text due to a gripping title such as the one above, prepare yourself for literally just a review, you have been warned! BEGIN STORY: So my car broke down like any good old 21 year old car would, I decided to visit Rick case Mazda. Immediately after exiting my vehicle, a man approached us with a happy/(It's New Year's Eve) look on his face. Gabriel asked us what brought us in, and I exuberantly exclaimed that I was in the car buying mood. Due to the nature of the location, Gabriel could come to only one visible conclusion. "Oh cool! I thought everyone hated that mood*chuckles*" to which I agreed. He showed me to his desk and this is it, the moment that both of us knew that this would be a friendship lasting for a lifetimiiii i i...uh, the next three days. We talked, looked around the lot, and test drove two that both could have been a perfect fit for me. I decided to hold off for a day to think about them both. Upon returning (Gabriel if you read this: sorry I was really really late) we sat down and started to crunch some numbers. My dad was there with me and he isn't very graceful when it comes to negotiating deals and such, but he took over. Gabriel held calm and turn till the end even with all of my dads rants and rejections over policies. At the end of the conversation, we got a fair price for the vehicle, and Gabriel got to sell upward of ten-thousand dollars to a stranger he met the day before. END STORY ACTUAL REVIEW: This company had recently sold my sister her car, and she was ecstatic about it, so I decided that they would be a great place to stop by, boy was I not wrong. Gabriel, the specialist that I worked with was absolutely great. He's a very honest and easy going guy to tells it like it is. He's personable and communicates very well. There wasn't a point where I didn't know what he meant or what his intentions were. He was upfront about him being newer to that dealership, and the honesty in that comment made me and my sister feel a lot more at easy. There were a few points where didn't know an answer to our question, but retorted in a very professional and comical way. What gives Gabriel a leg up in life will be his desire to gain information, and grow himself through small mistakes. 5/5 would return. Also, the car is great too. Mazda 2012 Mazda3 I touring - black A beaut.
