Service attendant was so helpful and polite when I took my car in to get it checked out for an issue. They seem like very honest people and are not trying to charge you for every little thing.

Not happy

Tech damaged the tpms sensor when i went to get my tire changed and tried to say i damaged it. I never had this warning pop up in my car till i had the tire changed so i know he is lying. I made several attempts to contact the manager and got no reply so I reported this to the BBB

Disappointed

Beware of this dealership!!! They deceived me into buying a vehicle that was damaged. They front bumper was damaged and they pushed it back in so I wouldn't see it when I was checking the car. I bought the car and I got home and seen the damage. I took the car back to the dealership and they wanted me to pay for something they deceived me into buying. Be careful buying from this dealership

Work done correctly, Call Center should be rethought.

I will say this at the outset: the work was done correctly and faster than expected. However, the price I agreed to was $180 more than I agreed to, due to the call center’s mistake; they neglected to include labor. This was not welcome news, seeing that I drove fifty miles for a better price. This was reversed by management. We were offered transport by shuttle, so we ate breakfast a 1/2 mile away. I got a text saying the car was ready, so I called the number I had to have the shuttle pick us up. The person at the call center assured me that they would tell the dealership to pick us up. I decided to walk back to the dealership in the interim. I made it back to the dealer —no call was made to me, nor was a call placed by the call center to the dealer to have us picked up. When I told one of the employees, he said, “You should have called us.” There was no apology. When I was handed the bill after the manager assured me of the cost, there was a $50 charge on the bill. The manager issued a credit for that. When I got in my car, the service number hang tag was still in my vehicle, as well as an instruction manual for part of the installation. I then drove off and picked up the other person who was with me. As for the dealership itself, I cannot speak to the sales experience, but I would be mildly suspect of a dealership that had misspelled window stickers guaranteeing a“10-Year/100,000 Mile NATINWIDE (emphasis mine) Powertrain Warranty”. In a business that focuses on details, this is an interesting oversight. As a weird adjunct one part of the sales floor of a dealership for a car manufacturer originating in Japan, had a gong, an instrument with its origins in China. That’s culturally insensitive, or at least odd. All told, the call center may guarantee shorter hold times, but it is time to re-evaluate its role with this dealer. They came close to losing them an expensive job.

The service was good, even though my service or maintenance warranty I forgot which one wasn't valid at all Mazda dealerships even though I was told at the dealership where I bought my car that it was, Ty Elliot the service advisor was a rockstar, he understood my situation and compensated me for my time.

Transparent and easy to work with

Divan was really helpful and very transparent from the very first time i called. Unlike few others i dealt with in other dealerships, he was genuinely polite, patient and very knowledgeable of the product. He gave an excellent demo. Made my experience really comfortable and hassle-free. I am just wishing their service team is as good as Divan.

Horrible

Had a horrible experience when I brought my cx9 for service/repair. First visit was great I was quoted a rate and scheduled follow up appointment because they did not have the parts for the repair. Second visit was horrible from the beginning when dropping of my CX9, the way Gregory greated my wife was not nice with a demanding tone. Once service was completed I tried to pay over the phone and a lady told me that it was not possible and they did not accept payments over the phone. I informed the lady that I just recently payed over the phone and when the change happened. The lady said policy just changed and we don't accept payments over the phone with a very rude tone of voice. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was rude and transfered over to a voice mail, not even a warm transfer. Left voice mail and never received a call back. I had to call back and spoke to another associate and asked for a supervisor and he said he will get a supervisor to call me. I received a call from Gregory who is to a supervisor and when I explained what I needed he said that I could pay over the phone. He provided a balance for the service but it was not what was quoted. I informed Gregory of the amount quoted to me and he was very rude and did not apologize at any time or tried to help me with the quote I was provided. Gregory was very rude and a very demanding tone of voice and hang up the phone one me. I finally get to speak to the supervisor Chalie, and he was nice and professional but still did not honored the price quoted to me. He said he was going to excalate and try to resolve. In order to get my car I payed total off $944.73 when I was quoted $818.13 All the times I called there is a recording while you wait for someone to answer, and the recording says that RickMazda treats you like a best friend and I definitely did not feel at all like a friend.

I was interested in buying a new Mazda model and had visited another dealership planning to do so. In the sales office after test driving the car, I was looking over the price quote and having a problem understanding it. I mentioned to the salesman that I didn't know of any of the versions of the car that cost as much as his quote (over $75,000). He explained: among the $15,000 in dealership additions was a single $10,000 item marked dealer profit! I thanked the salesman for his time and told him to give me a call when their price was a little more serious. Later that week I found several of the cars I was interested in buying on the Mazda.com site with a status of, In transit to Rick Case Mazda. Then I found a button marked electronic showroom and after choosing it I was walked through an on-line purchase of the car at a small discount from MSRP. My car was actually on a ship at the time I put a deposit on it. A few weeks later I finalized the purchase and took possession of the car - a new CX-90. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I recommend Rick Case unreservedly.

This isn't the first time I've gone to this dealership for car service, but each time is just as helpful as the last. Some of the new additions that I love are their quick texts for updates, video of what needs to be fixed (my favorite), and the quote for what would be needed in repairs. Not to mention friendliness and quick response to let you know that they see you when you walk in and will help as soon as possible. Has definitely improved over just the past year.
