I had brought my vehicle in to get a key reprogrammed and regular maintenance. My service writer was Natalia L. She was great to work with! She kept me informed throughout the whole process. The first key I had ordered was actually defected and they had to reorder the key which extended the length of my car being in the shop. Natalia kept me up to date on this as well. She gives great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. She communicates the problems with the car very effectively which in turns puts me at ease leaving my car at the shop.
