The staff is very friendly but not pushy. My car was recently totaled so I was in the market for a new. I made an appointment, and the appointment time was adhered to I didn't have to stand around waiting. We test drove a few vehicles. Once we picked out the one we wanted. We went to finance, again another friendly, knowledgable, personable person. We were in and out of finance in no time. We wanted to add an accessory so they drove an hour to pick the car up from us and left us a loaner, once the accessory was installed they drove an hour again to switch the vehicle back out. Not many dealerships will do that and I really appreciate that.
