Won't honor verbal agreement
Written by 12/25/2014
onSpent a couple of hours with them looking for diesel F350 dually, King Ranch, etc. Finally found one and agreed on an out-the-door price (including my trade). When we started the paperwork and they found out I wanted to pay cash (no financing) suddenly the price went up. So much for honoring a verbal agreement. I walked away.

Update: shortly after posting my review I received a call from the dealership. In the end, we agreed to split the price difference since I was paying cash for the vehicle. We agreed that both parties (the sales person and me) assumed a bit too much (she assumed I was financing the vehicle and I assumed the price was the price whether it was financed or not). We both learned from the experience. Once we agreed on the price, the remainder of the purchasing process was fair and quick. I would now recommend the dealership.
