Truly a great experience

We had a great experience in our BMW purchase from BMW of Columbus. From the courtesy we received from first time we came to the lot to getting the exact vehicle we desired at the price we wanted to pay, everything was perfect. Jerome was our sales consultation and was very professional and knowledgable. He put no pressure on us and worked to get us the exact vehicle we wanted even though we ourselves could not locate one. He is truly an asset to this dealership. When we returned to get the vehicle Jerome had gotten for us, everyone and everything worked out perfectly from the sales manager to the detailed instruction we got on the car everything went exactly like we wanted it to. Dx the issue after a light came on headed home from work on Friday evening. I commute 150 miles daily and this 435 is my only vehicle. Drove it to Columbus on Saturday morning (I live in Auburn) as it was the nearest BMW dealer near me. Got me taken care of within 3 hours. Expert service, efficient and fast.
