Happy customer

Good people, good price, good product. Those are important to me when shopping anywhere. This small store has a memorable crop of people who care about the process and customers. What felt like a stressful time to find a new vehicle was made simple and easy. I got the Mazda I wanted and I'll refer others to come too. Thank you all.

Enjoyable Process

Huge thanks to Rick Hendrick's mall of Georgia Mazda. I've always dreaded the buying process and actually have bee looking for the right vehicle since last fall. Luckily the right CX-5 became available and we were able to get everything settled right away. It actually feels too good to be true, but I guess only time will tell. Right car, right color, right price and I've been told that Mazda vehicles hold their value so I'll hope for the best. This team was super. I'm glad they were the ones to get everything done.

Thank you to the gentlemen who spent so much time finding us the right Mazda in sales and finance departments. It took a few weeks to narrow down the one we were looking for and then getting a great rate from the bank was made easy by Steven. We're looking forward to roadtripping this summer in our CX5 GT. Spacious and sporty. I'll tell all our friends about these guys.

Not a pleasant experience

Simply stated this was not a pleasant experience I have had buying a car. From the salesman freaking our when I asked for my keys back to the finance manager (Dwayne), not returning my calls on 3 occasions. The rubber floor mats on a CX-5 look like they have 3 years of wear when they are new. It's also irritating that they tint all the front side windows when the vehicle hits the lot (I don't care for the extra tinting). I will not buy another car from this dealership. I had great experiences at the Hyundai dealership across the street, both sales and service, I should have stuck with them. One other note is that the heads up display is not adjustable side to side and if your lean on the armrest it cuts some of the info from view. One other minor point is that when call and ask to speak to anyone they ask who you are like everyone there is so important that they have to qualify weather or not they will talk to you, I personally find this practice offensive.

Love my Mazda love this store

I have been looking so long for a replacement car for the old one I've been driving around in. I finally found time to stop in at mall of ga Mazda to see what they had and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I drove onto the lot I was welcomed and invited inside. I couldn't decide between a sedan or suv so we tried a few different things and settled on a new 2020 CX- 5. 0 percent APR is too good to pass up. We can't wait to get out and drive this year!! Thanks Marcus and Dylan for the help. This store is an awesome find among those other dealers.

This place is awesome

I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. I bought a 2003 Miata for my step daughter and they were fair and friendly. My daughter has a 2004 Miata and I brought it there for repairs. Once again, I was treated very fairly. They did not try to sell me things i didnt need and they were reasonable priced. Car runs great. They have won my business. I couldn't be more pleased. And I am a pain to please.

Kenny and Mark were very polite and helpful with the purchase of my new truck! Having a family of 5, we can get pretty crazy and the entire staff was helpful in entertaining our kids. Probably the best car buying experience I've had. And I hate going to dealerships. So that says something right there.

Waste of time

I wish I had driven the extra hour to go to the other Mazda dealership location. From the time I drove my car off of the lot, I have had to deal with a multitude of unprofessional individuals ranging from managers to sales professionals. Within a week of receiving my 2017 car, I had to return it do due a malfunctioning issue that left me with a rental for a week. Nevertheless, I chalked it up to bad luck and said nothing. I am a student temporarily residing in GA looking to have my car registered in NY. Before I even began the process, I asked if this was a task that could completed through them. Of course I was quickly told that this is something they deal with on a regular basis and would not be an issue. About a month after signing my initial documents, I received a call asking me to come in because they had missed a few signatures from me. I thought my paperwork would have already been completed and sent out to the bank almost a month later, but it infact was not. I went in to take care of the issue and was contacted literally the next day to say there was still a spot that had to be signed. They offered to come to my apartment to correct the signing, and I agreed. Literally 2 hours after a rep left my apartment, they called again stating that there was another place that I did not sign and asked if they could come back again. This was now the third time that they contacted me asking for a signature that the misses. All three times, I had to stop the rep and signal thier attention towards a line or spot that they had signed by mistake or forgot to have me sign. All three times, the rushed me through the signing of the documents and still missed spots. Fast forward 3 weeks from the final signing and 1 week until my temporary license plate expires, and I get a call from the NYDMV asking me to come in because there are a few places that they neglected to have me sign. My dad was to pick up my plates and registration for me, but was now unable to, and I instead had to go in person to sign the documents. I called and spoke to a manager who kept making excuses, blaming every other department but her own. I finally book a flight to NY. I figured I'd deal with this myself instead of have them screw up the process even more. By now, I was already driving around with an expired plate because it had been over 3 months. When I get to the DMV in NY, I am then told that besides my missing signatures, the check that they wrote out was not for the correct amount, and had to be mailed back to them to be fixed. That was $250 wasted on a flight. I left NY without my plates. In addition, while at the DMV, I was told that the lease agreement was not included in the paper work. I called Mazda while at the DMV asking for a copy to be faxed as soon as possible. The manager on duty that day took 1 hour to fax it over even after I told her that I was there waiting on the document, and was hours away from missing my flight because of the mix up. To make things worse, I asked her to send a copy to my email in case the fax didn't go through, and she recited my email that was "on file", and it was not even my correct email address. Another testament to the fact that this place is insanely disorganized. I have never had such a horrible experience at any dealership before in my life. The level of unprofessionalism at this location is just mind boggling to me. Everyone behaves as if they were just hired, including the managers. The manager's lack of ownership for the poor customer service that I received, is the only reason why I am even writing this. Jacob and mikhail were the only two who showed any kind of remorse for the situation. Trust me, make the drive and go to the other Mazda.

Had a good experience with the Mazda sales person to get a new CX-5. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car, and knew all the answers right away. Also got me a good deal with the options and accessories I expected. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

As someone who just moved to GA from NY, the Mazda Mall of Ga employees made the transition very easy and was very helpful in getting me the car that I wanted. As you can imagine, I was initially indecisive in choosing my final car, but I am very pleased with my purchase.

dont go and waste your time. worst customer service in Georgia

This dealer is a complete waste of your time. They will not give you a price online or in email you must go in. They will try and sell you a car for more than its worth, not even tell you what you are paying, not want to negotiate on price as they are losing money on their price they offer cars for, tell you one thing and then try and get you to sign for something else. Since when does a used car cost as much as a brand new one of the exact same type? If you tell them no then they will try and scare you into signing then to lock in that rate. If you still tell them no and they insist on you taking car for the night to try out while they work their butt off to get you a better deal and finalize the deal the next day just say no!!!!!! If you do take it and then come back and say you like it then all of the sudden the price goes way up and so does the interest. They will try and blame you, the bank, underwriters for the loan, ect but it is just another way for them to price gouge you. Very unprofessional and they try and hide what you are paying from you. Stay as far away form them as you can. They are the worst dealer in north Georgia!!!!!!!!!!!

Great buying experience

We had a great buying experience on a new 2016 Mazda Miata. Brandon and Fabian both went above and beyond to make this a very low pressure, professional but friendly experience. Excellent communication! No last minute problems like I've experienced at other dealers. Everyone we met was very attentive and eager to answer questions. There are 5 other Mazda dealers closer to my house but I will definately be coming back to this dealership in the future.

They never give up and no email prices.

Our initial experience was fine, including the test drive. We then tried to negotiate a price via email and were first quoted only an MSRP and were then told it was the dealership policy not to negotiate price via email. We later decided on a different make and informed MOG Mazda of our decision. They continued to keep calling. Our phone log even listed calls on New Years Day! We talked with at least 3 sales people who assured us we would be taken off the call list. The calls have continued for almost 3 months.

Love Mazdas

I am a faithful Mazda owner. I was looking at the CX3 but it was a littler more money than my budget. I ended up purchasing the Mazda3 and am very happy. Great buying experience except when it came to the financial decisions. I really hate the whole up sell at the end with extended warranty, maintenance, etc. I already put a lot of money into buying this car and was not interested in financing any additional services especially in a long term loan. I should have a choice to say no to the whole option and be done with it. Instead, the up sell continues and continues. I know the exceptional quality of the product I am buying. Mazdas last a long time and are very reliable. I will continue to be a loyal customer but please, if I say no, lay off all the extra add-on pressure at the end of sale. Thank you!

Read every word

Sales rep was very nice. Never had any issues there, but be very careful about warranty options. Bought extended warranty and the care care package. Tried to use the car care package a few months ago, was basically told it was useless unless I spilled paint inside the car. Came in today to use extended warranty. Was informed that even though they charged me more than any other dealership for full warrany, they only gave me power train. The paperwork was left blank before signing so they have complete deny ability. BUYER BEWARE. Read EVERY line of your paperwork since they will try and sneak things in even if they tell you you are just signing what you discussed, it may be different and you should read every word.

HORRIBLE Customer Service & Follow Through

It's unfortunate that zero stars isn't an option. My experience started out great, up until the point I signed on the dotted line. This dealership will bait and switch, use misleading language and absolutely will not keep their word. I recommend you drive a little further to purchase from a different dealer. If you do choose to purchase from Mazda Mall of Georgia, make sure you get every detail in writing. Unfortunately, the parent company, Hendrick Automotive Group doesn't care about their customers or hold their dealerships to a high standard. Don't fall for the "we are part of Hendrick Group so we can move cars between our dealerships nationwide to get you the car you want at the best deal possible" scam. You will not get what they promise. I purchased a used Range Rover Sport that was advertised as Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned which comes with many benefits. As soon as the vehicle was transferred from the Hendrick owned Land Rover dealership to the Hendrick owned Mazda Mall of Georgia dealership, the Land Rover certification was voided - a fact that the Mazda Mall of Georgia dealership conveniently left out until the sale was final. Be careful, go somewhere else if at all possible and know exactly who and what you are dealing with if it's not possible to go elsewhere. Mazda Mall of Georgia is dishonest and Hendrick Automotive Group is a huge machine that couldn't care less.
