It was an incredibly aggravating experience if I didn't want the truck I would have told them to I would have not ever done business here they just happen to have a vehicle I wanted the only one this experience should be personal for is the customer but salesman and finance guy that seems to take everything extremely personal when nothing has to do anything with them other than it's their job terrible experience

Great service what I needed

I have always been a ford fan but have always bought used. This is my first new truck so didn’t know what to expect except the stories you hear from people about car sales man. This was not the case Karar was knowledgeable and took the time to get me the info I need and the deal I wanted.

Amazingly simple, saw the vehicle online. Ad said zero percent financing and 10k off price of new 2023 Mustang Mach E at Ford Mall of Georgia. Got call from dealership Saturday morning 2/24, 9am I was at the dealership by 10am, saw car received fair trade in price was out the door by 12:15pm with new Mach E premium.

Knew which vehicle we wanted and Daniel and team made it happen while in Atlanta for the weekend. From dealer prep to finance to out the door and all under 90 minutes. All of that and savings that beat other dealers in a 120-mile radius by over 20%. Nothing to complain about and I tried hard to come up with something.

The sales person I was to meet was busy with another customer, but the other sales person greeted me and there was no wondering where my sales person was since I hadn't met him. The service is quite professional and they are willing to help you get the car you really want. I so enjoyed the staff and all their help. It was a great experience!!!

I have had my truck for just a week 1 1/2 weeks and the air conditioner is not working. The service dept should have caught this before the sold the truck used or not. I feel like they should make this right and we should not have to pay for it. The truck only has 52,000 miles on it. Do they sell trucks knowing something is wrong with it?

The salesmen were excellent. Attentive to my needs and wants, in trying to find a new vehicle. Took time to explain everything from all the new technology (which was a bit overwhelming) to everything included in the final cost. And I was assured that if I had any further question I would get the help I needed. The salesman and the sales manager were totally accommodating.
