Salesman likes playing games

onWell... My experience with the Fields dealership is horrible.
I'm seeking a luxury SUV to replace my old car and request quotes of X5 from the locations of Field BMW in the Orlando area (They monopolize the BMW dealership in Orlando area). I received an email from Andrew S asking me to call back. I called and he said there's no X5 in the lots and can only be ordered. Well, this makes sense because keeping such expensive cars is risky for dealers and can raise the cost. He said it's because of the "high demand" and "very popular of this model", and "it's sold immediately once there's any available". I feel he's playing game with me. Finally, he threw his point, "There's no any discount to X5 and you have to pay MSRP to order one". It's ridiculous. He is not honest or patient. I feel he doesn't really care my business. I worked with Mercedes, Porsche and Acura with my previous cars and never heard any salesman said "you have to pay MSRP".
Be honest! Respect your potential customer! I understand you are trying to make as much as possible money, but it doesn't mean you can cheat! I hate playing games with dealers, although it's almost the "rule" in this industry. I won't be back to Field BMW and even the BMW brand unless they change this kind of working style.
