As usual, GMC dealership is a great place to take your vehicle to for repairs and services. My service guy, Bob, contacted me every day as a follow up. The contacted the warranty company as well and they handled everything. Great job guys!!!!

Sells contract then won’t honor!

I purchased an oil change contract that was supposed to give me oil changes for the duration of my lease. However, that didn’t happen. The contract was for 3 years, 30k miles, but I had to pay for my oil change when I have only had the car for 2.5 years, and my car only has 27k miles on it. What a ripoff!

I leased a Buick Encore from Kyle Williams

I leased a Buick Encore from Kyle Williams. He worked with my daughter to secure the car all remotely. My daughter did not have to take time out of her busy schedule to meet up in person. When i went in to obtain the car and sign paperwork Kyle was very patient with me and helped me figure out all the high tech gadgets, he explained all the other features of the car in detail and took me for a test drive to make sure i got some experience real time with him at elbow support. i found him to be a very sweet young man with a great sense of humor. i would recommend Kyle to anyone of my friends and family. thank you Kyle

After this lease is up Iâll be buying through Shumacher. All service and no typical dealer B.S. They have earned their business because customer service is their focus. Try to find an equal and youâd be hard pressed.

New Car Purchase week of 9/24/17

My son had previously purchased/leased a GMC Yukon from Schumacher and he suggested I look for my new pickup truck there. Bill Ruback greeted us and we looked over his inventory. Long story short I did in fact purchase a new GMC SLT. Bill worked with me both over the phone and in person both before and after the sell. Bill's assistance was greatly appreciated. I should also mention that I spoke with John, the After Market Mgr., and purchased several items including a hard quad fold bed cove. I am very pleased with my purchase and also the Schumacher dealership. Again, my thanks to Bill Ruback for all his help!

Great customer service, easy in & out. I called Bob Bauman to schedule a time to come in and see the inventory. Picked out the new SUV & scheduled an appointment for the next day to come in drop off my 15 Yukon & pick up the new one. Everything went seamlessly, transferred tag, Onstar & SiriusXM. Walked in finance department went over contract & optional packages & on the road 15 minutes later. The whole process was a great experience & literally from start to finish done in 1.5 hrs.
