Buying a pre-owned vehicle can be an unpleasant experience. My salesperson Joe Byrne was pleasant, not pushy, he provided great follow up and customer service. This is my second vehicle purchased from Al Packer Ford.

If it was not for Van. Johnson I probably would have gone somewhere else. He is very kind , knows his business and knows how to treat someone. Best dealership for a Ford

I am a car enthusiast. I buy a decent number of cars. Right now I have a Ford Excursion, a T-Bird, a Honda Odyssey, a MB sprinter, A Tesla P90D, and a Chevy Malibu. Al Packer Ford is without a doubt, the best run, best staffed, most honest dealership ever. From the owner, Mark Packer, to the general manager Gary Weil, to everyone else I met and have talked to, including the finance manager, the sales manager, the sales people on the floor, and the people in their parts & service Dept. - everyone! It is an easy, honest, and great place to buy a car.

Ed Okin’s the man. Helped me find the truck I was looking. Spent time with me in the lot and showed knowledge but patience. He made the transition from the truck I drove in smooth as could be . Best experience I’ve ever had in leasing a car for either my wife or myself. Called the dealership (which I visited 3 weeks prior) and spoke with Joe Hunter (same person I met with when I went there) and told him exactly what I was looking for. He called me back within the hour and let me know he found exactly what I was looking for. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon. The car was at my house by 7 with the paperwork already filled out. Took 5 minutes to sign and he spent over an hour with my wife and I showing and explaining the cars features as well as programming the garage. We love our new car!! Joe is the best and I hope to always buy a car from Joe.

The staff is always courteous, and maintain the entire process of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle relatively stress-free and efficient. I am now a proud owner of a new F150 King Ranch, after enjoying for 6 years an awesome Lincoln MKZ. Doug Carney (@ Lincoln) and Jason Salvador (@ Ford) are the best!!!
