Going in to the car buying experience I was a little hesitant. I had not had great experiences in the past- so I was nervous. Gene was my sales associate and he was great. He found me the Jeep that I wanted at a price that was in my budget. The paper process was seemless with the help of Chrissy Ward. I would recommend Wallace Jeep without hesitation to anyone interested in a great car buying experience!!! Thanks for my Jeep- I love it!!

Perfect Dealer For USAA Members

Easy Day!! I had the USAA "check" in hand and was out the door in less than 4 hours! Sales Rep Lee Kurzen assisted for several months prior to purchase as I wanted a specific make/model. Target date was 15 September, but everything was "in place" by 4 September... So off we went and deal was done. I strongly recommend to USAA members to use the USAA Car Buying Service with Wallace CJD, and contact them ahead of time to make sure that the USAA FSB financing is ready, etc. Wallace is very professional and works with USAA members to make sure all is done in a trouble free and seamless manner.

About a year ago I bought a fully loaded gas guzzling Mustang convertible. I liked the car, but didn't love it. The monthly payments were more than I could afford. I called Wallace in Stuart last Thursday and spoke with Joe Oberlander about making a deal to trade my Mustang in for a Jeep. I spoke with Joe Oberlander and decided to take a trip to the dealership early that evening. Joe was great, so accommodating. He gave me a very fair deal. I traded the Mustang for a 2016 bright yellow Jeep Renegade. I adore this car. It is the best car I ever owned. Buying a car is like purchasing a pair of shoes. It has to be comfortable. On Saturday I picked up my car. I was in finance for about 45 minutes with Penny. She is incredible....fantastic personality and sincere. She explained everything and didn't try to sell me a l00 year warranty that I didn't understand....lol. Many dealerships do that and you just take it to get them to stop talking. Anyone interested in buying a car, go to Wallace in Stuart. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Went to buy 3rd vehicle from Wallace in Stuart. 1st 2 went great. The 3rd time however, not so much. I have already sent a complaint directly to the dealership. I just have to say I am very disappointed on how the salesman and the finance manager handled the transaction. So much so that I had to walk out.

Steve Frances was my sales rep and I cannot say enough about him. I met with him several times looking for a Dodge Challenger and he never pressured me into a sale I didn't want. After several weeks of communication, he contacted me regarding a Challenger which happened to be the car of my dreams! I would highly recommend Steve Frances if you are looking for an honest, patient, hard working salesman with no BS!

I have purchased four vehicles from Wallace in the last eight years, each time has been excellent no pressure experience. This time the bar was set even higher with sales consultant John Randall. I came into the dealership undecided of which vehicle model that fit my needs but John meticulously went through the various options and test drives. A final decision was made on my part a few days later and John secured the exact vehicle I requested in a timely manner. Thanks John! The Financial personnel and Sales Manager also contributed to pleasant buying experience. I will continue to shop at Wallace in the future even though I live closer to other dealerships that don't live up to the standards set by Wallace.

It's so hard to win me over but if you do right from the start I know you are a person of honesty and integrity. I am very happy to have dealt with John and have no doubts with my purchase. We were looking to purchase our first minivan for our family. We went on Truecar.com to see what deals we could get. We met with Gene at Wallace and he showed us the exact model we were looking for. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He never tried to rush us and made us feel like we made a smart choice. I am definitely going back to him for our next car. This is a great dealership. I went to the competitor and did not feel valued and very glad I came to Wallace. Lee was a great salesman and as swerved all my questions , and guided me through the whole process. Penny in financial was great too.my car was not cleaned properly before delivery they were very apologetic and gave me a free detail at anytime. I would highly recommend- my best car buying experience

I hate buying cars and dealing with sales people in dealerships. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised when I met Rich Kurtz at Wallace. I had just walked out of two other Treasure Coast Chrysler dealers last Tuesday when I stopped at Wallace on a whim. I was totally resistant to buying that day, but Rich and I hit it off immediately. All the other folks I met at Wallace were great particularly Penny Bauer who walked me through the paperwork. Exactly the car I needed at a very fair price. I can't recommend Wallace highly enough!

Great Service - Love Our Jeep Grand Cherokee

This is our 3rd Jeep in 20 years and our second purchase from Wallace (nee Stuart Jeep). Due to extenuating circumstances in our life this year, we needed a vehicle with more head and leg room. We traded our beloved Liberty in for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a true team experience and a well coordinated effort. I know where we will be buying our next vehicle.

My wife and I spoke with Jerry Munson on the phone twice over a 2 day period telling him what we were looking for a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara for my wife and that we wanted to trade in our 2013 Wrangler Unlimited. When we arrived at Wallace Jeep, there was a wonderful lady waiting outside the showroom who greeted us by name and asked us to please step inside out of the sun and that Jerry would be right with us. We weren't inside 2 minutes when Jerry arrived and immediately made us feel like old friends. Jerry was immensely knowledgeable about Jeep's product line and made the buying process through Wallace Jeep both fun and entertaining. He had already arranged the financing and had several Sahara's in different colors and trim packages waiting for us to look at. Once my wife decided on the Sahara she wanted, we test drove it with Jerry and he made that just as much fun as everything else. We got back to the dealership to finish up the paperwork, which took about another 30 minutes, then headed to the finance office to sign the loan paperwork. The lady in the finance office (Penny Bauer) was just as personable, knowledgeable and entertaining as Jerry was. We spent about 15 minutes with her and then she returned us to Jerry who had had the Sahara filled with gas, washed and detailed and it waiting on us in a shaded area in front of the dealership. Jerry took about 30 minutes with us making sure we understood all the ins and outs of our new Sahara and connected my wife's phone to the Jeep with the UConnect system. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience with some great people. This is my wife's 4th Jeep (her 2nd Wrangler) and the best buying experience we have ever had at a Jeep dealership.
