Service for Tires and Brakes

Brought in my Silverado 2500 Duramax for a tire rotation and balance. I asked them to check the brakes as I tow a travel trailer and was going on an extended trip. They did what they were asked to do and not try and upsell me on unnecessary work. The brakes were good to go for a while. They got the service completed fairly quickly and I was on my way. Wallace generally performs well on what I need done. I'll continue to bring my GM vehicles there for service

Steve and everyone in the service department was friendly and service was great. I also had a question about my overall contract and spoke to the financial person. He explained my contract, towing, and maintenance package again. Very helpful. He assured me he was available if I had further questions. I even spoke to Brandon my sales rep, not only did he remember me but ask how I was enjoying my new car.

Brandon, Steve and Nick made purchasing my 2016 Camaro SS exceptional. Buying a car cross country, sight unseen is always scary. They made it a point to Facetime with me and complete a video of the car up close, putting my mind at ease. The day of pickup from the transportation company, Brandon did it again, ensuring I knew the car was on the way. Very impressed, great transaction.
