Quality work, done in a timely fashion...

I bought my then-new 2006 Azera Limited at Gettel and have had all my services and oil changes done there since, as I believe that the dealer should know the car better than anyone else.
All work has been satisfactory (nearly all of it under warranty), appointments easy to obtain and work completed when I expected it to be. On the two (as I recall) occasions where it was to take longer than anticipated, they provided either a loaner or a rental at no charge to me.
All in all, this is where I take my car and this is where I will happily continue to do so...
