Terrible Customer service

I expected more from an Audi Dealer. My first experience bringing in my daughters 2020 audi Q3 for a fuel pump repair. 3 days later, still no car. The service Manager and advisor said they have been busy. So much for scheduling an appointment.

Audi North Orlando is by far the BEST car buying/leasing experience! My Audi Sales Specialist is Brandon Cooksey. In 2019 Brandon helped me with my first Audi which was a leased A4. He reached out to me 2 months ago in advance with my options on the lease and invited me to come test drive the 2022 Q5. After test driving the Q5, I fell in love with it and Brandon and Riggo had all my paperwork completed in less than an hour. Brandon Is very professional and well knowledgeable on all the Audi vehicles. Be sure to ask for him at Audi North Orlando and you won’t be disappointed! From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and was promptly connected with a sales associate, Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond to answer my questions, check on the vehicle I was interested in, send additional photos and a video, and provide me with a clear, transparent “out-the-door” price. I drove down from Jacksonville the very next day, with Carlos’ promise that the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was early for my appointment and Carlos already had everything ready to go! He took the time to ensure I had a lengthy test drive, answer my questions, and made sure my needs were being met. His efforts led to an easy and straightforward financing process and eliminated any wasted time. This dealerships prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or lengthy and stressful negotiations. This is the way car buying should be! To top it all off, Carlos arranged to help our family out by personally delivering our car to Jacksonville! Carlos and his colleague Mark were awesome to deal with and I would recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a fantastic car buying experience!

This dealership is top notch. Their sales team is knowledgeable, patient and professional. Their sales team wants to educate the customer on their product, are very helpful; all with very low pressure. Closing the deal was also positive. They are transparent with pricing your trade. After the purchase, they ensured that I was familiar with every aspect the car had to offer prior to leaving. I have bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience it have had. I was so satisfied, I immediately recommended to my family and friends.

I was an early appointment, to have our Audi serviced before our morning meeting...They got us right in, and sent us off tot he waiting area. We were offered breakfast while we waited...what a nice touch! Timing was perfect, after eating and a couple relaxing cups of coffee we were off in a clean car! Every dealer should offer this option while you wait...of course, all free of charge. Thank you!! We will be back!
