We highly recommend Crown Kia for your next vehicle purchase. We had the pleasure of working with Lace Simmons and Nehemiah Sonnylal. Lace took the time to listen to our needs and presented us with the vehicle that best suited us. She spent quality time explaining, in detail, the many functions the vehicle has. She was very knowledgeable and we felt no pressure in our time with her. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Nehemiah assisted us with the final paperwork, also listening to what our needs were. He, too, is very knowledgeable and is such a pleasure to work with. His personality is a WIN!

The staff are kind, helpful, and very courteous. Everything took place as it was described before the visit. The service was timely. Lift service was provided at not cost to me. Thomas Allen did a great job of explaining and facilting the service. Additional staff took the time to process my fuel reimbursement submission.

It is just a top of the line dealership. I love that they are so techy. Zoranco Kirovski was a gem of a salesman. I felt like he was a friend not just selling me a car.

Poor

After conducting extensive research and test-driving various Kia dealerships over several months, my partner and I decided to visit one more location for another test drive. We were assigned a sales representative named Chris. However, despite informing him that we had already done a lot of online research, he insisted on showing us the online options first. It was only after we repeated our request to see the vehicles in person that he obliged, but unfortunately, his knowledge about the products was limited. Nonetheless, we test-drove a "manager special" Telluride, which although looked lived in and had dog hair, water bottles, and trash inside, provided us with a smooth ride. We were offered a $1,000 discount, but we found the deal unimpressive. We then test-drove a new Telluride with more features, and the colors were perfect, but the price was above our budget. Chris informed us that it was their best offer, and as a result, we left and visited a Nissan dealership. At the Nissan dealership, we received several text messages from Chris, offering us a lower price and better finance interest rates. We decided to give him another chance and went back to Kia. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that Chris was not authorized to offer us those numbers, and the original price remained the same. Immediately, we left again and headed straight to Nissan, where we ultimately purchased the Pathfinder. It was all about their attitude, demeanor towards us, and the mischievous feeling we had from this location.

I just wanted to take a minute and give high praise to Ashlee Richardson at Crown Kia. We are long time clients with Crown and every experience thus far has been great but Ashlee made this round exceptional. Not only was she extremely genuine but also a true professional. We came into the new showroom pretty late in the evening and she was more than accomodating and patient with us. We had a car in mind before arriving and the whole process from test drive to our trade in and finally walking out with a new car was fast, painless and a pleasure. Thank you Ashlee for making this experince so great!! Also, the new showroom is amazing!! Crown Kia never disappoints!!

We recently returned our leased vehicle to Crown Kia. I had seen the car I wanted...a Dodge Journey. I called KK whom I had meet before and he assigned us to Ziranco Krivetski. It was so pleasant working with him. Z answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was polite and courteous. We have always dealt with Crown and will continue to do so and Z will be our go to salesperson.

I have nothing bad to say about Crown Kia and their employees. Everyone there is great and knows how that to test people. They really make it an incredible experience, no matter what the reason is for your visit. I had the honor of being helped by Zoranco Kirovski when I bought my K5. I couldn’t have been treated any better, true professional and genuine person. I’ll recommend him and the Crown Kia store to anyone.
