John was very low key and made the entire process of buying a new car so easy. He listened to our requests and found us a beautiful Tuscon Hybrid Limited edition that we love. When it came time to discuss price we were given a reasonable offer right in the beginning that made negotiations a breeze. In my opinion the Tuscon Limited represents by far the best value of any brand in the segment. This car has the advanced tech one would expect in a much higher priced vehicle, and after the sale John took his time to explain all the new features we had never used before. I was on a wait list starting in July 2022, and I think the dealership misplaced my paperwork after the initial salesperson left the dealership. Then John Luebke took over. He was very helpful and maintained regular contact about the status of the vehicle. It finally arrived in January 2023. John was professional, polite, and personable when I picked the car up on 1/7/2023.He took a lot of time explaining the features of the vehicle. I would highly recommend working with him if you choose this dealership.
