First of all I only went in just for an oil change and wound up getting 2 new vehicles. How's that for a job well done by all players involved. Let me just start off by saying this is the best group of guys I have ever dealt with in the car industry in my 59 years. My wife and I have either leased or purchased 6 cars from this dealership in as many years. Their knowledge of the product is unsurpassed. Let us start with the only salesmen we have ever used during these deals, Emil Ghandour. He never missed a beat anywhere. Service extraordinaire. Second, Sami Ghandour our finance specialist always gave us every option that was available to us during the "money part of the exchange" and advised us according to our needs. And last but not least the sales managers. Adam Mahmoud and Alex Marin made everything possible. This dealership is very fortunate to have such cohesiveness from beginning to the end of the process. I also watched them as they interacted with other potential clients and they were afforded the same level of service the we received. Very bad marketing tactics !

Bad Marketing Tactics! BE AWARE!!! Not the Best Experience as I would expect from that reputable dealership as Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. I bought this Car from them ( 2008 INFINITY G37) But went through hell with their Finance Manager and experienced Bad Marketing tactics. The car was advertised online for $9,999 USD. After I submitted my inquiry online about this vehicle I got the phone call from Sales Department. They confirmed that price. And told me that additional I will pay only Dealers Fees, Taxes, and Registration Fees. Next day before coming there I called again and confirmed this price again. I came to buy this car in about 40 minutes after my call. The first thing I been told that where the wrong price since advertisement department did the mistake. They presented me this car with price $1500 more expensive than advertised. After long arguing with sales manager I agreed to pay only $500 more than they advertised. (I really liked this car, and already spend a lot of time there). Then they passed me to finance manager that raised the price $1000 more. Wichi is really strange since I have really good credit and very high down payment for this car. Finance Manager argument where that this is the first time when I finance the vehicle. After All, he lied about the bank that financed my loan. He lied about my situation, because next day I found better Financing that he offered me, but he told me that this is "too late to change the financial institution". He changed this by him self without informing me. Big dealership that using crooked technics .

Friendly & easy to work with no surprises

I contact this dealership via email for quotes for a 2010 Mazda 3 sport hatchback. I had test driven the car earlier at a different dealership and I had a good idea of what I wanted. Also I did not have a trade in and have good credit, so the deal was pretty straight-forward. After some emails back and forth, their internet sales rep, Dave Booth match the lowest quotes of other dealerships in the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. The quote was comparable to those listed on the Edmund's forum and I thought it was competative. I decided to go with them because they had cars on the lot in both colors I was considering. I did an online credit app and emailed copies of my license and insurance, so the paperwork was in place before I went to the dealership. When my wife and I went in, we test drove the color/model I preferred and their sales manager, Marc Shavitz, explained all the features. He worked out the insurance and tag transfer. The deal including financing was exactly as quoted with no renegotation or surprises. Of course they offer extended warranties and the like but they were upfront about it. They also explained all of the financing paperwork. It took a couple of hours to complete everything but they were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I am very happy with the way Marc Shavitz and this dealership treated us. I was a little concern since some of the reviews on other Bachrodt dealerships are quite bad. I did not experience any of those issues and would recommend them to other internet Mazda shoppers.
