I had a purchase negotiated by phone. I was traveling through and told them to have paperwork ready for a quick completion. It took 2.5 hours just to provide standard signatures. Their admin people do not value the customer's time.

My last car went kaput. Engine trouble on a car I bought 6 years ago for $9K so I was ready to buy new and have something I can keep for 7-10 years. I knew I wanted a Civic or Accord, more so Civic because it was a second car not our family's primary people mover. The salesperson took what I was looking for, searched inventory, brought a car around for a test drive, then I agreed to purchase. I explicitly said I did not need extended warranty or additional add-ons. I decided before walking in that if they had items added after making it clear I didn't need add-ons, I was going to go to another dealer. I prefer to keep a big savings account and pay our of pocket for uncovered repairs after the warranty expires. They didn't push anything after that. I told them if there were any non-negotiable fees that I would decide once I saw the deal breakdown if I thought they were fair. They were reasonable, I understand cars are more expensive and the dealer needs to make a profit so I don't have a problem paying the 'dealer processing fee'. Especially since they actually made the process as smooth as they could. I was driving off the lot with my new Civic less than 3 hours from walking through the front door.

Sold me a lemon brand new 2024 crv hybrid, and in shop for same problem most of ownership. Only had vehicle for 4 Months. Part unavailable this last time due to recall and not to come in for 4 months and therefore had to trade in at dealership. Did not cut me a break. Had to roll over negative equity and purchase new car there. Couldn’t trade elsewhere because steering column pulled out and not drivable. Honda corporate no help. Not even a rental car. Avoid Pensacola Honda!

Pleased with the car (my 6th Honda); however, as soon as the paperwork was signed, the sales rep considered the deal done, and no longer accepts my phone calls. Reneged on paint spot touch-ups, inside detail, and dealership to provide Owners Manual. Additionally, after all paperwork was signed off, sales rep advised I owed additional $108 for "add-ons."

Well I bought a used 2014 Honda Odyssey but before i signed the purchase papers I took it for a test drive and I, my nephew and the salesman(Harrison) noticed a significant vibration around 30 mph. I said that has to be fixed and I was told by the salesman Harrison and the service tech Crosby that it would be fixed, "No Bad Deals Leave Our Dealership" was his quote. I thought great. I had bragged to everyone how great you guys were trying to fix this issue until Travis said I had to pay to repair this vehicle. Im sorry but I would understand if I had taken the vehicle and come back later and said there is a problem. But I, your salesman and service tech all knew about the problem during my test drive which you all said you would fix so I signed papers. When Travis called with potential solution of taking vehicle back and give me an opportunity of different vehicle I said I don't think so, because you told me I had to fix YOUR issue of this vehicle on my own and that pissed me off. He then got pissey with me saying he can't believe we are considering taking this vehicle back, Its a 20k used vehicle not a 50k new one and started arguing with me. At this point I said we are done just let me out of the deal. Look I understand used vehicles Im 63 years old and had lots of vehicles, anything can happen after the sale but knowing there was an issue during test drive, before I signed papers, and then telling me I have to fix their vehicle in BS. I have since gone to Carvana who were amazing...listen up Pensacola Honda...bought a same year Honda that gives me 7 days to return no matter what the excuse.... and they give me 100 days 5k miles to fix any issues...Hmmm what does that say about the confidence in their vehicles!!! All I wanted was a reliable used car. My suggestion to Pensacola Honda, don't make promises you cant keep, test drive your vehicles before you post them for sale and DO NOT expect a customer to pay for a problem that existed before they entered the lot. All you had to say was I'm sorry sir we cant find the problem would you like a different vehicle.... before you tell them THEY have to fix it!!! Harrison(salesman) and Crosy(service tech) were awesome. Travis on the other hand has a lot to learn about customer service. DO NOT SIGN any papers until after you test drive the vehicle and all issues are reolved!!! Bottom line they did cancel the deal and refund all the money...Thank You!!!
