Bay Mitsubishi

Originally, because I live in Mississippi, I had conducted my search online for an Outlander GT. I found that the only two within reasonable distance were at Bay Mitsubishi, 200 miles away. I contacted Koby Mitsubishi in Mobile, AL, about trading in my 2013 Outlander Sport and making the deal through them. I spoke with Jerry Elam there who claimed that he had contacted Bay and the transfer was all arranged as soon as he and I could reach an agreement. Went to Koby for my appointment and Jerry was not there...and no one there knew who I was or what I was talking about. I gave them the research I had done and the GSM told me we could work with what I wanted as the financed difference. Two days later I heard from Jerry and their offer was $1640 OVER what the GSM had agreed to work with and presented as a "take it or leave it." I made a counter-offer and 20 hours later, with no response, I contacted Bay Mitsubishi myself and talked with Jerry there. Jerry took some notes and immediately offered me a deal that was only $500 over what I found to be the bare minimum. The then did a search and found me financing better than I could get from my Credit Union. Drove there anticipating that some "issue" would pop up after driving 200 miles. Was flabbergasted when the entire deal was completed exactly as proposed and agreed upon and in less than an hour. CANNOT more highly recommend a dealer and salesman who treated me in an adult and respectful manner with no games at all.
