i wish I could give no stars to this place. We purchased a 2012 f450 diesel with flatbed with 60K miles on it. Salesman says it was certified and they check this many points in the truck and it s in great shape. I bring the truck to the company which is around the corner a couple miles, then employees take it to first job and truck breaks down on I4, just shuts off, engine overheated. After 6 hours of haggling with these nasty people, truck gets towed back to the dealer and I tell them to take the truck back and apply my money towards a brand new truck which is what I wanted from the beginning. Used car sales manager starts blaming me if I checked the engine or the fluids, we must have done something to the truck and offered us $3000 less and not a single discount on the brand new one. Odometer read 17 miles since the time we purchased it and he offered $3K less. Even the guys in ther service department acknowledged there was something wrong with the truck but manager would take it back. I have never been cheated like this before, I had to bite the bullet and buy the new truck since I was sick of the situation and wanted it to put it behind me. Now I wish I got the truck fixed and take it somewhere else but too late, we had jobs promised and needed a truck that day. I hope to cost these people more than what they cost me because I m sick of these spineless sales people and corporate mentality that nobody [non-permissible content removed] about the customer. Anyone send me an email if you want to know more about these guys. Service departments young manager and Mark D. seemed like honest people but rest of dealer sucks.
