Wonderful experience. Earl Jarrett was our very knowledgeable sales associate. I was purchasing an inexpensive used Honda Fit and was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism (maybe more) than other dealers have shown when I previously purchased new top-of-line vehicles. Highly recommend this Honda dealer.

Helpful and flexible

Ha Nguyen was incredibly helpful and flexible with a lighting issue on my car. The issue wasn’t resolved as I have to return it but due to the circumstances he fit an opening perfectly with my schedule. I used to go to Kia for Kia Forte, when I had issues the appointment book was always filled making third party repairs for something that would be under warranty seem like the better way to go. From Rick the sales agent to Ha Nguyen, don’t regret switching to Honda.

Worth The Drive

I live an hour away, but it's worth the drive. Today I just needed a routine oil change. I went in without an appointment, which is very tricky because they are always busy. My service guy, Jonathan, said he would accommodate me. He was so kind and professional. I nearly fell to the ground when he told me the cost. It had gone up significantly since my last oil change. Jonathan took the time to explain the increased and he took extra time to see if there were any coupons available. He found a coupon, thank God, because I wasn't sure I was going to move forward with the service. Thank you Jonathan for being professional, accommodating and considerate.

I took my 2008 Honda CRV into the Hollar Honda service center because it was making a strange noise. I made an appointment with Miguel Paz. This was the second time that I’ve had the pleasure to work with him. He is very good at his job and he is very pleasant. He had everything checked out for me and told me what it would cost. Miguel is very knowledgeable about cars and knows his job well. I would recommend him to anyone who has to take their car in for service. I will definitely call him if I ever have the need too. Thanks Miguel for a job well done.

New Vehicle Service

I came in for replacement of trim around wheel fender that came off. First advisor downplayed my request to look at the other trims to ensure they were properly attached. One looked loose. He ordered trim part but did not order attachment clips. Second visit, my advisor Julio was fantastic. He took care of the trim repair and kept in touch about progress. I usually have very good service here … been a buyer and service customer for over 10 years.

Efficient and Friendly Service

I was a “walk in” customer rather than making an appointment online. William Harris greeted me right away with a welcoming smile and immediately set up a convenient appointment for me. When I arrived the next day to check in, he directed me to the coffee and snacks available while I waited in the lounge during the service appointment. We also laughed when he returned the pen I had inadvertently left on his desk the day before. Everything about the appointment was professional and reassuring. At the conclusion, Mr. Harris explained the details of the service inspection. Dealing with Mr. Harris and the staff at Holler Honda is a very positive experience.

Miguel Paz and his service technicians worked within my tine constraints to get my mothers 15-year old CRV running safely again. He also got me enough coupons to bring down the price a little bit since Mom is on a fixed income. Thanks and gratitude also go to Gloria and her courtesy van, who got me back to my own car so I could go about my day, and then retrieved me to return to the dealership when the service was complete.

I have been going to Holler Honda for 6 years and Drew Craig has been my service manager for over 4 years. He is always prepared, has checked to see if there is any recall on my vehicle and always saves me money. I always wait for my vehicle and he sends me text updates periodically while I’m waiting. This past service appointment, I mentioned I’d driven an EV on a trip and he set me up with a salesman to do comparisons on my current vehicle, a Hybrid and a new vehicle. The information was very helpful in planning what new vehicle I would like next. Drew is always very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to explain anything I ask. I highly recommend him.
