Greenway is the way to go!

Amazing customer experience! Anthony Idiaquez was my dealer and he was extremely professional and very transparent about what I was getting. The process was a smooth transition from test drive to purchase, walked out with a fantastic deal. Staff was friendly and informative on all options available. Now a Jeep Girl

I am so excited to now be a Jeep Girl thanks to Victor Akimov!! I came in for a smaller car, previously a 4Runner Girl. I am a total fan of the Jeep family. Surprisingly, I bought the Jeep my husband designed. Victor stayed with me until the wee hours of the night to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciate his professionalism.

Great customer service.

Dealerships can be a bad experience but it was the complete opposite at this place. Cars are what they are or will be but customer is totally up to the person helping you and overall everyone was great. Plus, the car I got is good, too. I can see myself going back to purchase another vehicle.

We walked in to Greenway tonight without much of an agenda besides needing a car instead of our Highlander. We worked with Scott Mason who was friendly, easy going, and patient with our scattered ideas for a new car. He didn’t pressure us at any point and he very easily navigated a difficult negotiation on a cash deal. We appreciate the great support he provided and we are very happy with the new car we drove off in. We were able to negotiate a full deal with trade in only one “meeting with the manager”. One of the best new car buying experiences!

I really had a great new car buying experience, my salesman Wendell Ruiz jr was very knowledgeable and very patient with me I really wasn’t sure what I wanted when I came in, he answered every crazy question I had and all my anxiety about what color what model and I definitely chose the right vehicle for me. I highly recommend him as your salesman and Greenway as your dealership.

Victor akimov was my sales rep..we drove several vehicles. He was very helpful n knowledgeable..i bought a gladiator fell in love but online said tow package inc but wasnt so switched for ecodiesel ram 1500 n it is awesome..fuel n towing. Very happy n everyone was great in helping...thank you

Poor customer service

I will NEVER buy a car from Greenway Dodge again! We bought a used Volkswagen Atlas back in December, and at the end of the deal and we were going out to the car, we asked where the 2nd set of keys were. We were told that there was only one set of keys, but they would follow up with the original owner of the car. We went back and forth for months trying to get resolution on a 2nd key. We tried going through two different referrals that Jay our sales person have us, that both told us that we needed to go through Volkswagen to get a key made. After setting up an appointment and paying for a new key at Volkswagen (which was $229 for a new key, and $132 programming- $361 in total). When we took the car and key in to get it programmed, the Volkswagen dealer told us that the key we had was not the original key to the car and not programmed to the VIN number of the car!!!! And if we programmed the new key we purchased, the key that came with the car would most likely not work, and we would have to buy another set of keys (another $361 dollars). After this news, I was fed up and went back over to Greenway Dodge to speak to someone to get this resolved. To have been sold a car with a key fob that is not cut to the car is outrageous to me, and I could not believe that I didn't know that from the beginning. When I arrived, no one was a the receptionist desk and waited for some time. Then someone came out (I think it was Flavio- but they never introduced themself and didn't have a name tag on) and I started to explain my situation to him of what happened. He then told me that they were only required to provide one key with a used car, and it didn't have to be the original one. When I tried to further explain that the key fob wasn't registered to the VIN and the issue that I had with that, he made me feel like I was being difficult, and that it wasn't a big deal. He asked "well does the car turn on and off with the key?", and to my reply was "well yes but then what would happen if the key fob died and the internal key that I should be able to pop up and turn the car on isn't cut to the car?". I brought the paperwork from Volkswagen that showed the money that we had paid, along with the explanation from the dealership. The paperwork was for the $229, and I had a business card with the the price of the programming for the key (which we had not paid for yet, but would need to). He then said "if I give you $300 for the key, will that work to get you one key?". At this point I decided that this frustration wasn't worth it and to take his offer. He asked for the paperwork that I had and I gave it to him. He then came back and said that it would get a check cut for me. I then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes, at which point I had been there for an hour and needed to leave. I asked if my husband could come back to pick up the check, and was told that was fine. My husband went back later in the afternoon, and the check was $229. When he asked about the rest of the money, he said that we didn't discuss it. At the end of the day, I'm walking away from this and going to cut my losses, and I will pay the rest of the money to ensure that I have proper keys to my car for the safety of me and my family. This individual was so dismissive, and I feel like he didn't care to really listen to my issue and help get it resolved, and wrote me off. This is not how you treat people, and make sure that your customers are taken care of, not just get a sale which is exactly how this whole situation felt. If you are buying a used car, make sure to ask all the right questions and check your keys before you sign on the dotted line!

Hidden fees that are “Mandatory”

Greenway Dodge Chrysler is a nightmare when becames to hidden fees!!! The only good thing they have is a seller called Hiram (he’s very profesional and a great person) but unfortunately he’s part of the system and he have to do whatever it takes to sell company extra insurances and things that increase the price of your car! Run away from this company, they charge you $400 for nitro gas in your tires, 700 for a inside lux care program that’s not worth even $50 if you buy the products yourself and another $800 to outside luxcare which is a wax that cost you no more than $100 somewhere also... Their sales manager answer all the reviews online saying that please contact him for an resolution and I did called him today and guess what? A bunch of excuses and at the end he say: You already signed the documents and there is nothing you can do about it... Well, let me tell you Mr. Pedro Caamano, there is something I can do, advise people how your company works to take their money when buying a new car!!! Also their 0% interest rate is something trick as they increase the price of the car if you choose that option... So this is my advise, if you want to buy a RAM go either to another place or if you go to this dealer ask for Mr. Hiram (their best seller) but make sure you will not pay for expensive extras like nitro, inside and outside luxcare!!! Also pay attention for the car price increase if you get 0% financing.... Their price increase is ridiculous!!! They also have dealers fee that goes up to $899 and another $300 fee. And not even loose your time Mr Pedro answering this post as customers will not believe your same answer on all the posts I see online.

Bait and Switch

If I can save one buyer from the ‘bait and switch’ then I will feel good about my experience. I have never been through what we experienced (over the two days of interaction with their sales team) in any transaction involving a vehicle purchase and agreement ahead of time...ever. We drove approximately two hours to Orlando this weekend to purchase a vehicle that we have been researching for quite some time. We had several dealerships to consider but after a phone call with Greenway Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep we decided to stop by to see if they could honestly do business as they claim. After finding the vehicle of our liking, we discussed the price and on the initial day we visited were only about $1500 apart. Unable to close the gap we left and we were ok with that. I did not feel like they were shifty, just that we had a gap in our value of the vehicle. Where it went wrong was the next day, as we were preparing to look at other places, I received a call from the salesman Marvin and we further discussed the price difference and we both agreed to a price that neither of us walked away as the winner. In writing from them we drove back to Greenway CJD in a horrible rainstorm to sign our paperwork. I provided them with a check, my drivers license and signed the agreement. Only to have Kevin the manager come sit down and tell me that he wanted to review some numbers with me. I quickly let him know that I came back to make the deal, have excellent credit, signed the paperwork with the agreed upon price and Kevin told me I need to pay $800 more so they make a profit on the vehicle. I then told him that we had an agreed upon price and we came all the way back because of the word that his salesman gave us in writing. At that point I called my wife to please pull over and be prepared to turn around to get me so we can leave because they were being dishonest, disrespectful, and trying to take advantage of me. I really was disappointed in the fact that I was victimized by people that gave their word. Please, take this review from an honest family that was treated like fools. If you want to respond with a comment and your email them I will reach out to contact you personally to give you any additional information that protects you from being taken advantage of by this dealership or a similar one. I know there are plenty of other dealerships that would not treat a family that educates our children and protects people from fraud for a living like they did. We try to live up to other people’s expectations in our careers and we’re really disappointed that Greenway Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep couldn’t do the same!
