onMy service appointment was very efficient and my service agent, Eric, was kind and patient. Eric was able to understand the issue with my car, got me into a loaner vehicle for the day and promptly followed up when my car was ready for pick up. My observation of how Nancy treats other Fields customers was disturbing. I hope I never have to deal or interact with her... Yikes, she needs to be retrained on how to offer personalized and genuine service with a positive attitude or she needs to find a new job.
