Great experience ask for Jay Fitzgerald

My husband and I went to Fields BMW South Orlando on Friday 5/22/15 to test drive 2015 X6's and X5's. We were approached by Jay Fitzgerald who took his time explaining the differences with both vehicles and patiently accompanying us in the heat as we walked around the lot and then test driving both vehicles. Jay went above and beyond by getting to know who we were on a personal level as people and not just a sale. We went back on Saturday and decided on the X5. We negotiated a great deal with Jays help (believe it or not). We drove away with our new X5 MSport and was happy with our experience. This is our 4th bmw and we have had great times owning our cars. If you are interested in buying a BMW for the first time, trading up or just to test drive one to try it on for size, go to BMW South Orlando and ask for Jay Fitzgerald, you will not be disappointed.
