Terrible Dealership

On December 28, 2023, I purchased a brand new Ram 1500 from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The purchase was made late in the evening close to the company's closing time. They apologized for delivering a completely dirty truck that had been used by multiple people interested in buying it before me. Additionally, it had water spots and other marks, likely due to being exposed to Miami's rainy and foggy weather. A few days later, on January 6, 2024, I recorded a video and tried to contact my sales representative, Alejandro, who had provided excellent service during the purchase process, making it very easy for me. However, I was not successful. I called the dealer many times, but the individuals who answered did not assist me, seemingly because they knew it was a complaint. In particular, Ms. Ana Rios, if I remember correctly, put me on hold several times and did not make an effort to help me. I called to schedule the car wash owed to me and also address a strange sound coming from the brake pedal. After some time, following my negative review on your website, my representative Alejandro was able to contact me on February 16, 2024, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, February 17, 2024. Upon arriving at the dealership at exactly 11:20 AM, I waited a few minutes for Alejandro, who eventually arrived, took my keys, and took the car to service to check the brakes. About 30 minutes later, he returned and informed me that there was nothing to worry about; they had identified the brake problem and fixed it. He instructed me to wait a few more minutes for them to wash the car, and then I could leave peacefully, asking me to remove the negative review I had left, which I did without any problem, and then I waited. At 1:50 PM, I messaged Alejandro asking why the car wash was taking so long. He did not respond, and shortly after, they brought me the truck. Upon receiving the truck, I found it in possibly worse condition than when I left it. Supposedly, it had undergone detailing, but it was completely dirty, and worse still, they had not fixed the brake pedal as promised. I contacted Alejandro again, showed him the photos of the truck while I was still outside the dealer, and he apologized, asking me to wait for 2 or 3 weeks max as they would order the spare part from the dealer. He offered that when the part arrives, I should return to the dealer, which is exactly 54.6 miles from my home, and they would fix the truck and wash it again to ensure my satisfaction. Furthermore, on my way home, I realized that my SunPass was not in the car. Upon arriving home, I checked my SunPass account to review the tolls registered, and indeed, the last toll I passed through with the SunPass was on my way to the dealership. Since then, February 17, 2024, I have been trying to contact the dealer and have received no response. Therefore, I am forced to leave a negative review again so that all potential customers can be cautious. Days pass, and I continue to call Alejandro and the dealership seeking help but have found nothing. After many attempts, days after, I spoke with the representative Mark, who could not help me at all; he just put me on hold until the call ended. The same happened with Ms. Ana Rios or Reyes again, on March 4, 2024, who, after answering the phone in a very unprofessional manner, in Spanish, saying only "Hola," lied to me by claiming she was the store manager. I explained the entire problem I had, and she confessed that she was not the manager, asking me to hold again. Obviously, she put me on hold, and the call was cut off after a few seconds. I tried calling several more times; again, Ana answered the phone but no longer spoke or put me on hold; she simply put the phone down and left me waiting on the line while I could hear her laughing with her colleagues in the background. ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER.

NEVER GET SERVICE HERE

3 months in the shop for warranty-covered repairs. Still no ETC. Parts were ordered after the 2 months... The repair shop did not look at the car for the first month and did not send a report to the warranty company till the 2nd month. So parts were not ordered till the 3rd month. This is not a supply chain issue. This is neglect. I highly recommend against taking a vehicle here for repairs. Customer service is also very poor.

I love my new Gladiator!

On Sunday afternoon I visited the dealership prepared to only check out my options. Thanks to my sales-team’s, Joseph and Patrick, personal approach and willingness to listen to my wants, I was able to drive away a couple of hours later with new 2020 Jeep Overland Gladiator. Thank you.

Amazing!

I just bought a Jeep Rubicon from Aventura yesterday and wanted to leave them a review. I'm shocked to see all of the one star ratings. This is the second time that I have worked with Shiva. He's insanely amazing. I've never had anyone respond to my texts and silly questions as fast as he did. The first time we worked together the car that I wanted was impossible to find so I had to go far away to purchase it. Shiva understood and when we decided to buy another one, I knew that even if I had to wait, I only wanted to work with him. If you ever need anything make sure to go to him, he's excellent! I've worked with service over the years and now one of the finance guys. I've never had any problems and was always greeted with a smile when I walked in. And, the most important thing is that I got the car I've wanted for years, with a deal that worked for me, a great price on my trade-in, and Shiva made it possible!

Worst experience

cannot leave zero stars because the system doesnt let me. Aventura jeep has the worst customer service. I purchased my vehicle two months ago. Last month took it in for service to find out my vehicle was sold to me with no microphone for my radio. I was told that I would get a replacement microphone for my vehicle. Its been a month now and still havent gotten a call. Finally spoke with Jeff torres the sales manager. I explain to him exactly what happened. His response was whoops there is nothing he could do. The worst customer service. Strongly advise if u want a jeep save yourself the headache go to hollywood jeep there they treat you like you matter. Aventura keep just takes your money and runs. Horrible place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

Do not buy a car from here! I bought my dream car from this dealership a few months ago brand-new. so far I have been stolen from, mistreated, mislead, ignored and lied to, told that the reason the metal part on my brand-new seat in my brand-new car was rusted after only a few days of taking it from the show room floor was because I live in Miami. I have gone back five times and still have not received everything that was meant to have come with the car. Two tanks of gas wasted, over 20 hours of my life wasted waiting for things to be replaced and things that were meant to come with the car given to me but never were and still haven't been. Told I have to come back again... months later and a few more trips I still have nothing fixed or given to me. I'm not over exaggerating here but I have called the GM about 15 Times, all in which I have left multiple messages and my return number - I have still not been called back. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and that's an understatement! I 100% regret ever stepping foot into this thieving, lying so called dealership!

Good People, Great Dealership!!

I so badly wanted another Santa Fe after getting into a car accident with my 03. I found the Santa Fe at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge on-line and with a great price. I don't have the greatest of credit, my salesman Sammie S. reassured me they will get me approved and they did. I got a great interest rate for used vehicle the loan terms that I wanted with new arguments. I am incredibly happy with my new purchase, 07 Santa Fe w/ low miles, looks and runs likes it's brand new and the greatest price any where!! I would highly recommend this dealer to any one of my friends, family members, or to anyone looking to purchase a good quality vehicle. Thank you all for making my purchase so easy and providing me with great service.
