Roberta never makes me feel like a crazy woman with my strange questions. I noticed her working with an angry customer and she stayed polite. I would have been ready to kick him out. I have no idea how she stayed so calm (on the outside, anyway).

My purchase of a 2018 GMC Canyon from McKenzie Motors went smoothly. GM and dealer incentives that were advertised online brought the price close to what I could spend. But because I live 100 miles way, I was reluctant to drive to Milton unless I was sure the price was firm. Salesman Mark Ciano worked with me over the phone to verify that I was eligible for all incentives, so my wife and I made the trip. The truck had just arrived and needed a minor repair to the back window after transit. While we waited, Mark let us drive several similar Canyons to make sure we were comfortable with the model. There was no high pressure, and we were treated respectfully and courteously throughout the afternoon. The deal we eventually made after my trade-in was $500 more than I intended to spend. But it was still the best price I have seen on a new Canyon before or since. There was an issue with water stains on the back seat that did not fade as I had hoped, after cleanup from the window repair. Mark worked with a GM dealer in my hometown to have the seat replaced under the warranty. Altogether, we were more than satisfied.

Necole health was awesome and everything about McKenzie was easy and great, it's my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle, and McKenzie gmc was so much better than sandy sanding in every everyway imaginable, will definitely purchase my next vehicle from McKenzie gmc, McKenzie is definitely worth your time to check out and purchase a new or used vehicle at. Service department is great too, I should know I took my sandy sanding bought vehicle to McKenzie because Sansings service dept was horrible.

Due to National advertising (NCAA Tournament) we became familiar with the Buick Encore fabulous rebates available. IT sounded too good to be true, so we went online and researched local Buick Dealers. McKenzie Motors had tremendous inventory (40+) to choose from. We made the drive to Milton (1.25 hrs) and it was well worth it. Great service, no haggling, tremendous value. Thanks Trevor for great service.

Dishonest sales practices

We called to make an offer on a truck, and the lady who took the call discussed our offer with a specific manager. She told us the manager had accepted our offer. We drove an hour and ten minutes, test drove the vehicle, asked for the history on the vehicle, and sat down to do paperwork. The salesman came back without a history, and the paperwork was for $5,000 more than our offer. We explained again that the manager had already accepted our offer. The salesmen told us the woman who took the call could not negotiate rates. We explained that she went to that specific manager with our offer, and he accepted it and we told them we were coming to start paperwork. He told us we could not have the truck for what we had offered for it. We asked if we were lied to just to get us in the door, to which he had no answer. To be fair, I am leaving out names, but we feel that we were told a lie to get us in the door, and this was not disputed. We thanked the salesman for his time and promptly left. Even if they call us back accepting the offer, it seems funny that we never got to see the history on the truck, and don't feel the manager was trustworthy. We don't know if the people answering the phones know about this practice, but we will not do business with this dealership and will tell others: Buyers Beware!
