Hello, This is the fourth Cadillac that I have purchased from Williamson Cadillac and Willie Thompson. Every time I come here I am treated with excellent customer service and professionalism. I am a loyal 10 year customer and will continue to be a loyal customer. Because I am a businessman and will always check for a better deal, no one.. and I mean no one was able to beat Williamson's deal. Not Vera, Not Ed Morse, and not Ocean Cadillac. Williamson had to order the SUV because they didn't have the color we wanted. It came within a month. We appreciate the fact that our friendly sales person accommodated us when we had a limited amount of time. He expedited the procedure. Great experience at Williamson Cadillac. We love our GMC Acadia SLT-1. U

When I buy my Buick Verano 12/29/2014, I receive a car color MOCKA, but in the registration the color is SILVER. I was several times in the Dealer to correct this and without any solution until today. This is the reason of my answer in question 2, NOT Service that is an excellent service! For this I'm not happy with Williamson Cadillac Buick

I had no issues with any of the personal or staff. Everyone was very helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service received at the dealership. The sales representative, Hamid, was extremely helpful through-out the whole process. He presented the available car choices based on our preference in a prompt and effective manner, provided all pertinent information about the deal, and made sure at all times that our car-leasing experience was a nice and smooth one. He was courteous and professional at all times. Will highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

We came in to pick up my husbands GMC Sierra from being serviced and while waiting looked around at Cadillac. Having no intention to leave with a new car for myself. My sales associate was so attentive and well informed I was completely intrigued by the Escalade and drove off in a new truck.

Angel was excemplary, I'm absolutely the most difficult person to please. And although the platinum escalade that I wanted was not available I am completely happy with the Yukon Denali Angel knew everything about the car and that put my mind at ease. He made the process of purchasing the so easy we were totally relaxed. I felt there was no problem that couldn't be solved and that is the determining factor for me when I purchase any product.
