I wanted to take the time to rate my recent experience at Brickell Mazda. From day one, my internet concierge, MyLing Parra, responded to my online request to purchase a car. Over the course of the day not only was she the most upfront, efficient, and professional salesperson I’ve met, but she became all the sudden my “friend” and was looking out for my best interest. Y’all know how crazy the market is right now and how fast cars are being sold. Yet, she hooked me up with the best deal possible for the car and convinced me to make the trip all the way from Miramar to Brickell to secure this car since it was the last one in stock. Myling took all my concerns and requests (even the silliest ones) very seriously and has changed my perspective of car dealers forever. Once I arrived at the dealership it continued being a pleasant experience. All thanks to Anthony who helped us take the car for a drive and made sure I understood the car’s features and specifications. Overall customer service was excellent, and I’m happy to now be part of this Brickell Mazda family!

Reserved the 2016 Launch Edition online and simply because they are closest, chose Brickell Mazda. Couldn't be any happier! Almost the whole dealership surprised me with well wishes, when I went to pick up my new baby, and you want Harvey Johnson to be the guy to introduce you, taking you out over the Rickenbacker Causeway - so Miami! Trade- in negotiations were easy & so was financing. They actually beat the pre-approved loan by my Credit Union. Thank you Mario Murgado Jr, General Manager & Harvey Jonson, sales person, MX-5 enthusiast, and soon to be an owner himself.

I called Brickell mazda last night to see the offers they had for the car I wanted to lease. They called me back within half hour, with an appealing offer, so I told them that we were on our way. They gave me a contact name and told me they would be waiting for me. When we arrived, the car we wanted was already waiting for us, The contact person was also there with the exact numbers we discussed on the phone. Everything went very smooth. Our sales persons name was: Harvey Johnson, very professional and the General Managers name was Mario Murgado Jr. also very professional! I would totally recommend this dealership, and the people that work there. * A note, I am note related to any one of this people, I just want to continue to give it the reviews it deserves, since I initially called it because I read good things about it.
