From beginning to end, everything was excellent and fast. We are truly glad we chose this dealer for service. Great attention to details, fantastic staff. From the initial online inquiry and throughout the entire sales process our Sames Rep Mohab was exceptional Not only did he have a complete and full understanding of the vehicle and all of its features he was able to negotiate the price I wanted in order to make the deal in a manner that made it worth while for me to make the drive to downtown miami from Fort Lauderdale It wi be an absolute pleasure to refer friends and family to Mohab when they are in the market for a vehicle But it goes beyond the sales rep - clearly the culture at Braman is exceptional Even walking in the doors and being genuinely greeted by John who remembered me when i came back 3 days later to actually pick up the vehicle i purchased The process of dealing with Oscar Navarro who was the finance manager was also very good - there were definitely some hiccups in getting our deal approved because of the large number of cars we own and finance and even though my credit history is excellent and my income is more than sufficient the process was taking longer than what i have experienced in the past and Oscar rolled with it, made pleasant conversation and figured out how to make everything happen I appreciate the entire team at Braman Genesis

Very professional, they explain all the work that will be done to the vehicle, deliver the car according to what was offered and provide transportation for those of us who leave the car and return later to pick it up. As usual Sergio, my service advisor, was outstanding! His professionalism and care are excellent. Unfortunately, the technician couldn't hear the noise the car was making. Sergio scheduled a test drive with the service manager and he detected the problem. Again, kudos to Sergio.
