Just a word about me. I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from my experience of getting cars in the SoFla area. I went into the dealership armed with questions (Test Questions, because I did my research) I must say I was over the top impressed with Salesman Richard R.! He was so patient. He was not pushy. I felt he truly cared about me as a consumer. He was very knowledgable about the car, and all of its features. I went for a test drive, I got a tour of the car and all of its functions plus a tour of the service facilities. Richard went step by step what the car leasing process would be, and what I could expect, as well with checking in on how I was feeling about the process. I came out of the dealership feeling like they guided me in making a good car decision, rather than feeling like I was pushed into a car. Richard is truly a 5 star professional! Braman Hyundai is lucky to have him on their team! I have had several follow up calls and emails to see if I was still happy with the decision to lease an Elantra, which is cool! I have never had a dealership do that before! I was also happy to hear some of the proceeds go to charity. I will definately come back to this dealer, and recommend to others. They won't be steered wrong! I love my decision and my new Elantra!
