Baited Down

filled out the information on Edmunds for a buy of my leased car. The information I provided Edmunds and was given to 3 dealers was the year make and millage on vehicle. And I put in there I wanted to sell the car because I had already leased another vehicle. Jenkins wrote me and asked me to come down. Didnt want to make the drive unless we were somewhere in the same ball park on figures. They wrote back with a 15k to 16k range this was acceptable. So I made the drive down and they tell me that the car is worth 13k. They siad the other figure was if I was buying something else. All the information they got from Edmunds and me talking about a buy out on the lease nothing about buying a car from them.

My brand new car

This was my best experience purchasing a car. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I told them what I was looking for and immediately was presented with different options all that fit my needs and budget. I was and still am incredibly happy with my new 2017 Tiguan. Thank you!!

Excellent service. The first car offered I hated! The sales rep heard me out and found a car to fit my needs. They were very helpful with the sales, the down payment, and the assistance with tax, tags, and even gas afterwards. Very nice group of people! I recommend to purchase from this dealership if you want quality service.

Best Sales Experience

We recently relocated to The Villages from Southwest Florida and wanted to schedule a service at Jenkins Volkswagen of Leesburg for our current Volkswagen Passat. While there we met a sales representative, Austin Devore, and he asked if we were interested in getting a new vehicle. He showed us the models on the lot and having already had a positive experience owning one Volkswagen, we began to negotiate trading our second automobile for a second Volkswagen. Once we had narrowed down two model possibilities, Austin patiently demonstrated each and explained our options of purchase or lease. We came to a decision about a particular model, made a couple requests about tint, etc, and Austin took care of everything including having the car ready for us to pick up at our convenience. Upon delivery Austin covered all the gadgets and even helped with the transfer of insurance from one vehicle to another. This young man has been the best salesperson we have worked with over the years and we generally get a new vehicle every 3 years. We are so pleased with our new Volkswagen CC, Jenkins Volkswagen of Leesburg, and their sales rep Austin Devore. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and even return when we are ready for a new vehicle. Thank you!

Patience passion and persistence

This deal took almost a month to close negotiating price . I even ended up buying another car that fell thru because the dealer could not deliver .A possible omen . The same day Kenny called me back and we agreed we would drive out the next day so they could look at my trade . It appeared they had sold several bettles off their website but he Tdi I wanted was still there . They sat down went over the deal took me out for a drive I spoke with Joel and several others my salesman Chris was attentive had great patience and answered every question . The great thing about Chris is his honesty if he didn't know the answer he admitted it and found out . A very admirable quality. everyone displayed a great knowledge and passion for the product they were selling after 4 hrs I signed the deal . I love my car The TDI is awesome and the hats and t shirts sealed the deal Thanxs Joel. Chris , Kenny
