Regal Chevrolet - new 2023 Chevy Colorado purchase

Regal Chevrolet in Lakeland, fl was a good place to purchase my new 2023 Chevy Colorado. This is my second Colorado I have purchased through them. I traded in a 2016 Colorado. They were very fair with my trade in and the price of the 2023. I would recommend them on a new truck purchase.

Oil Change

My husband brought our Chevy Cruze in to the local Chevrolet Dealership in Lakeland, Fl. The vehicle was left that morning to do the oil change so that it will be ready for pickup after work. My husband called first that afternoon(about 4:15 pm)and was told the vehicle was not ready. My husband called back about 30 minutes later and was told the vehicle was still not ready. He caught a ride to the dealer picked up the vehicle. He was called about an hour later saying the vehicle was ready but, he was driving the vehicle at the time!

Amazing buying experience they have gained me as a customer for life, Pete was hands down the BEST salesman I have ever encountered. He was not pushy and was very willing to show me what vehicles would work with my situation with no pressure at all. I did not ever expect that I would leave driving a new Camaro!!! Big John in finance was awesome as well, he made the finance part fun and exciting. I will recommend Regal Chevy to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Go to Regal Chevy and ask for Pete you will not be disappointed!!!!!

purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 I love it. Brandon was the salesman and he has been there all the way been very helpful and a very likeable guy. I would purchase from him again and I have told all my friends just how good he has been. The staff at the dealership was just great. and this is the second 3rd vehicle purchased from Regal. Their service department is very good and the staff there is very helpful.

I purchased a 2015 Camaro SS. This was the second Chevy dealer I visited. The first dealership was helpful, but unable to match my price requirement. I sent out an email to 10 local dealers specifying exactly what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. This dealership contacted me immediately. Within 1 day they found the car I wanted and with a little negotiation matched the price I needed. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and the experience was great. I will definitely come back to Regal for my next car and to shop for my wife's next car.

We are longtime Acura fans and just purchased our 6th Acura. Had a MDX, 2 TL's, RDX, TSX and now an 2016 RDX. Best dealership around and also love the service department. Wanda, the Sales Expert took good care of us and I would highly recommend her.

The kids play area in the waiting room was very helpful because I had my 4 year old son with me. I got my oil changed and it was quick and painless. In no time I was back in my freshly washed car on to my other errands.

I brought my car in for an oil change, they also discovered I needed a new battery while I was there. They replaced it quickly and I was very happy they brought it to my attention. Quick and nice service.

had to have the fuel level sensor on my 2013 chevy spark replaced which was covered by the warranty. Took car in about 8:30 am and was asked if there was a particular time I needed it back by which was a very pleasant surprise.it is not very often that you find any place that the staff seems truly caring about your needs.it truly made me feel like I had chose the right dealership to make the purchase of the first new vehicle me and my wife had ever purchased.it is amazing what such a small jester can have a big impact. I had recently had the cars first service done and both experiences was refreshingly pleasant!! I hope not to have anymore mechanical issues but if we do I know that it will always be a good experience at regal. thank you so very much! I will see you again on the next oil change.

purchased my Malibu 2012 from Regal Chevrolet at the end of 2011.This car has taken me all the way to Anchorage AK and back. What an amazing experience...felt like I was watching National geographic channel using my speed control as the channel changer! At 33,000 miles I have always had my vehicle services at Regal Chevrolet, except of course while in Alaska. Each and every time has been a most pleasant experience. The staff have always been very friendly, polite, service orientated and thoughtful. My vehicle has always been given back to me spotlessly clean, and I have not had any reason whatsoever to be dissatisfied with the service

I also dealt with Jamie... I took my car in for a blown A/C connection. While they had it, I asked them to take a quick look at the rest of the car. They called back the same day I dropped it off (yay, great) with a list of repairs, and gave me an estimate with a timeline of 2-3 days (ok, nbd). Long story short, they started fixing things in the car without informing me beforehand, the 2-3 day deadline turned into 23 days, the final bill was hundreds of dollars over the estimate, and on the drive home...there was no A/C! I will not return to this dealership/shop for any reason, nor would I recommend anyone for their services.

I was so impressed with Regal Chevrolet they had called me before I was even off of the website. They were prepared for the phone call and didnt scramble around trying to answer my questions. I was able to schedule an appointment right then and once I arrived at the dealership I did not have to wait. I was greeted by everyone and they had the vehicle I inquired on pulled up and waiting for me. It was such a wonderful feeling knowing I did not have to wait or play games with their sales staff. I was in and out very quickly.
