The Salesman that helped me pick out my vehicle was patient and helpful. But the account manager or the guy that I signed my paper work with seemed very shady. He put papers before us to sign that was not matching the price he was telling us, then when I noticed the difference he stated that was just a sample so I stated if you expect me to sign this form it needs to match what your telling me. He spent forever trying to get the figures to match and they never did. So he stated He had a dyslexic moment, then later stated that he could electronically sign the rest of my forms for me. I told him no I like to read what I'm signing; thank God because I found another form with the wrong amounts on it. I was so close to canceling my deal and walking out without a vehicle that day, because by this time I had lost all trust. Needless to say I felt like he was working hard to rip me off and It left me with a feeling that I'm still not comfortable with.

Overall Wonderful Everything!

My vehicle was breaking down and we needed a reliable family car for our soon to be born little one, and after being rejected by one dealership we honestly didn't hold much hope into getting a vehicle but last minute we decided to drive into this dealership and we were greeted by friendly service and wonderful people who worked beyond their work hours to get us in a brand new car on the same day we walked in. The salesmen actually take the time to get to know you and make things personal and I love that! I would definitely reccomend anybody looking for a vehicle.. RountreeMoore Chevrolet and Nissan is definitely the place to go. They'll get you in a nice vehicle, with low affordable monthly payments and I promise you won't regret it!

New car shopping was easy at Rountree-Moore Chevrolet in Lake City, Fl. Everyone was eager to help, from the salesman to the Manager. Our salesman was out with an emergency on the day we came to finalize paperwork and another salesman helped us. Very nice people.

This was my best experience with a car dealership ever. The entire negotiation was done via email and phone. I had to drive two hours to pick up the vehicle, but it was worth it. I spent about one hour signing paperwork, and I was out with my new Suburban. Thanks Rountree.
