Labelle's little nightmare

This dealership is a rip off called about an explorer for $1999.00 cash sale was there in 20 min and they sold it out from under me if they ever had it the manager says oh well I'm here to make money your not paying my dealership extra fees for transportation cleaning pin striping I only make 13.00 they tried to put me in a $1500 vehicle with major rust and damage from a wreck with orange stains all in the back seat they got as a trade in less than 24 hours earlier couldn't tell me if the oil was changed I wanted to pay cash tax tag title he ran another figure which was a total of $5,580 + this was the 3rd time they did this to me in a year. They false advertise and just plain could care less ..jokes on this manager an $ 88000 mistake my friend which took me out there to labelle dodge went to Arcadia and is having a dodge built for himself labelle lost the sale...I liked the sales girl but this manager is gonna starve her and her family .she will never make a sale poor girl

Wouldn't sell for advertised price!

Drive the hour out there to put $5K down with a voucher from Suncoast Credit Union and they wouldn't sell us the vehicle at the offered price on their and other websites. Salesman was a nice young man but the people in finance are the issue. Garbage bait and switch tactics. Never again!

Extended warranty issue

I bought a new truck in may 2016. I cancelled the extended warranty 3 days later. I called the warranty company to verify cancellation. Refund suppose to come off the back of the loan. Dec 2017 traded in truck for new one and found out refund was never received by the bank I financed through. I contacted the bank and warranty company and was told to call the dealership to resolve the issue. Called every week. Going on 7 weeks with the runaround, no help and no returned calls. Very disappointed with this place.

Tobi in a word: Fantastic! She was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the 2014 Ram 3500. This was by far our best vehicle buying experience yet and we WILL be back to purchase another vehicle from Tobi. Mike in finance got us a great loan and affordable payment. We look forward to working with Tobi and Mike when I am ready for a new vehicle!

Rude and crude sales manager. Actual price thousands of dollars more than advertised price. A waste of time.
